Shelton is 15 times better than Jeff in-ring. But I am over debating this with somewhat blind Hardy marks.

It doesn't look devastating enough to be a finisher. If I ran at you and jumped in the air grabbing your head and falling on my back is that going to hurt you or me more? Hmm. The only reason Shelton ever beat Matt in the first place was so he could bring the United States title back to Smackdown.
