Well, if there's anything we oughtta know by now, it's that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to lead a country. When you look at Hitler, Ford, and both Bushes you realize that it is in fact a prerequisite that they be incapable of any such intelligence. Rocket science is, by the way, not a very difficult subject to grasp either. Basically, a big fucking steel rod with thousands of gallons of volatile liquid, either unmanned or with some jerks inside, gets blasted into the earth's orbit and then hits its thrusters to hit tangential velocity and basically coasts using the gravity of the sun to form its own orbit which intersects earth's orbit and whichever planet it's hoping to go to.
