I notice in the states it was only $25, so I might hold on and get it off ebay or something.

Problem is, I already have quite a lot fo the matches on DVD already...

Victory Road
Jarrett vs Hardy-NWA Title Ladder Match (Jeff Hardy DVD)
Petey vs AJ-X Title (X Division Vol.1 DVD)
Monster's Ball (Bloodiest Brawls)
X Division Gauntlet (X Division Vol.1 DVD)

Turning Point
Jarrett/Nash/Hall vs AJ/Hardy/Savage (Jeff Hardy DVD)
AMW vs XXX (Bloodiest Brawls DVD)

Lockdown
AJ vs Abyss (AJ Vol.2 & Bloodiest Brawls DVD)
Raven vs Hardy (Hardy DVD)
Xscape Match (X Division Vol.1 DVD)

So worth a purchase, or is the price way too much?
Wow. 60 bucks. I'd definitely say no. You already have all the best matches from the 3 PPVs so don't waste your money. Plus that's just way too much money...
