Overall, definitely the 2nd best PPV of 08 IMO. Lockdown is still ahead because of the better crowd and the fact that I believe Joe/Angle and Lethal Lockdown were better than AJ/Angle and KOTM respectively.
If the wedding and Kong segments had been replaced by 2 other decent-good matches, this easily would be no.1 in my book.
