In terms of shows, not sure on that. Only a few people that are recapping weekly shows. Myself included, as well as Lashley (though poorly) and KOP has just started doing it for this weeks editions of his shows. I would check all of them to find out the best formula or how to write them. However, it is not much different to writing a full show.

I don't know whether there is a 'formula' for recapped shows, although I must admit Empster does a damn fine job. KF4E's not too bad either, so check that out as well.
