Look at Mac's for a good recapped PPV which was his latest one, page 123 of his thread. Probably the best recapped event I have seen.
In terms of shows, not sure on that. Only a few people that are recapping weekly shows. Myself included, as well as Lashley (though poorly) and KOP has just started doing it for this weeks editions of his shows. I would check all of them to find out the best formula or how to write them. However, it is not much different to writing a full show.
