Yea Parker was effective which is why he often didn't play down the stretch of playoff games right? He barely shot 40% during the playoffs that year. Ginobili didn't even average ten points during the playoffs.

Yea they pick by positions for NBA 1st, 2nd, and 3rd teams. They don't pick the top 15 players in the league.

Duncan, Lebron, Kobe, Paul, Wade, Nash, Amare, Dirk, Bosh, Howard, Arenas, Butler, Garnett, Pierce, Roy, D. Williams, Kidd, Boozer, Carmelo, Iverson, D. West, Yao, Mcgrady, Redd, Jamison, Brand, Chauncey, and Marion are all better players than Parker, and Ginobili.
