Smile Re: Ultimate Warrior Upset With Batista

having been a fan of the WWF when the Ultimate Warrior 1st started there, I can easily say that there was indeed a time when The Ultimate Warrior eclipsed Hulkamania.

Like the Ultimate Warrior or Hate him, makes no difference. If you hate him, it only shows that you are of a younger age than those that were there when he Pinned the Honky Tonk Man in a few seconds for the Intercontinental Title Belt.

We relish in the Memory of what was, The Ultimate Warrior.

Sadly, as per usual, Vince McMahon did his damndest to make all the $ from the gimmick of the Ultimate Warrior, and The Ultimate Warrior, was not going to take that kind of domination, thats why they went to court. Vince Lost, Warrior won. Of course Vince didnt appreciate Losing.

The DVD of the Ultimate Warrior was made, and instead of giving the Fan's what they deserved, we got a hackjob.

Was the Ultimate Warrior perfect? no. As a matter of fact, many wrestlers didnt like him at all, but this wasnt about the wrestlers, this was supposed to be about the fans.

To this very day, If by some unforseen circumstance that the Ultimate Warrior were to again appear in the WWF (WWE now) as soon as the music starts, I know that I for one will be filled with Awe, as I was, oh so many years ago.

I KNOW I wont be alone in that either.

The Ultimate Warrior puts on One Hell of a Show, and I personally guarantee, that I would pay good $ to see another one, win or lose, the excitement builds with each and every story I see.........

youre mileage may differ
