He hasn't been amazing but he's been solid, proven when he has a capable wrestler on the other side of the ring. And even when there isn't he can pull of a decent match. He's wrestled Jericho a few times on RAW this year and I'm pretty sure if they were given 15 mins, they'd work a potentially **** or even higher match.

I'll agree in saying that Punk has been solid, but there is nothing, and I mean nothing about Punk (and I'm including his ROH stuff, I wasn't that impressed) that says that he could be face of the WWE, a la HHH or John Cena. He strikes me as somewhat of a Chris Jericho....someone who could one day get a respect run, but ultimately, will always be an upper midcarder.
