It truly does baffle me how people can muff up such an easy thing as nominating for the Awards.
Nominate whoever you want, nominating anywehre from one (1) to three (3) nominees per category. You don't have to have nominees for every single category, but you should have nominees for the majority of the categories. Why is that not understandable?
