Last night, we saw the incredible return of Chris Jericho, being revealed as the final partner in Team HBK for the Survivor Series. It was an emotional return and after catching up with him after the show went off the air, he said that he was looking forward to returning to the WWE and Raw. It appears that Raw will again become Raw Is Jericho!

However, on a show of shocks, William Regal was unveiled as Smackdown’s new General Manager after leaving Raw with all the controversy of the McMahon family undermining his position.

We also saw the debut of Harry Smith, son of the late British Bulldog. Smith defeated Chris Masters for a debut victory, and was later added to the Survivor Series card after Masters and The World’s Greatest Tag Team took out Paul Burchill and Drew McIntyre’s partner Dave Taylor. After seeing Smith in action, new GM was quick to make Smith, Taylor’s replacement for the huge pay-per-view next weekend.

Edge was another man to cause a shock last night by bringing John Morrison over to Smackdown, seemingly recruiting him & The Miz to help take out the World Champion, Batista. What is the deal with this threesome?

Johnny Jeter & Matt Sydal made their debuts too, defeating Kenny Dykstra & Jamie Noble, impressing the Smackdown fans at the same time and making the Cruiserweight Championship match at the Survivor Series all the more interesting.
