Re: WWE - When All Else Fails!

WWE - When All Else Fails! Present Monday Night RAW
22 May ‘06 - Tacoma Dome - Washington; Tacoma
“Across The Nation” plays over the public address system, as RAW kicks off with some red hot pyros. The camera pans across Tacoma Dome, showing us thousands of fans, looking pumped up for tonight’s show. We cut right back to the commentators, who hype the Triple H-Angle incident that happened last week, and they also try hard to hype The Undertaker’s return tonight. Jim Ross mentions how Chris Jericho injured The Undertaker, at Backlash, who hasn’t been seen since Backlash, but he’ll be here in this arena tonight, in a King of the Ring qualifying match against another returning superstar, Carlito. Jerry Lawler also mentions that Chris Jericho isn’t present in this arena, and if somehow he even tries to get in; he won’t be paid for one month!
Jim Ross says that there’s a strong rumor that Mr. McMahon will make an appearance on tonight’s show, and he’d name Kurt Angle – the NEW WWE Champion since Triple H broke the clause last week!! Suddenly, ***Live For The Moment*** The Tacoma Dome erupts, as the Intercontinental Champion; Matt Hardy makes his way out to the arena. ***Snapshot*** MNM’s Joey Mercury comes down to the ring, receiving some slight boos from the fans. The commentators mention that the show is kicking off with a King of the Ring qualifier, and speaking of King of the Ring; they mention how RVD, Rey Mysterio, Cena, and Kane (via DQ – they mention the aftermath of Umaga attacking Kane too) qualified last week.
Match #1; King of the Ring - Qualifying Match:
Matt Hardy vs. Joey Mercury
These two athletes get a fair amount of time to display their in-ring skills to kick off the action of Monday Night RAW in a solid way. Finishing moments; Matt Hardy, with everything’s he got, Irish whips Mercury with full velocity to the ropes. MNM’s own, Joey Mercury rebounds back, as Matt plants down Mercury with a RICOCHET!! Matt follows up with a cover, 1… 2… NO!! Mercury kicks out, as Matt looks a bit disappointed, but he continues the match up by picking up Mercury onto a vertical stand.
The Intercontinental Champion quickly rocks Mercury with a right hand, and then another one, followed by a forearm smash. Matt then Irish whips Mercury to the corner of the ring, before he charges at Mercury, looking for a corner clothesline, but Mercury moves out of the way, and Matt crashes! Mercury then comes back into the match, as he rocks Matt with his own right hands, before he takes down Matt with a bridged northern lights suplex, 1… 2… NO!! Matt kicks out just before the referee could make the third count. Mercury quickly gets right back up to his feet, as he then looks around the Tacoma Dome, before he scales to the top, and waits for Matt to get up, and when Matt gets up; Mercury DIVES DOWN… and connects the DIVING CROSSBODY over Hardy, who rolls over Mercury, much to the surprise of the fans, 1… 2… NO!! Joey Mercury suddenly kicks out, right in time, as the fans boo, whilst Mercury pounds at the ring, venting out his frustrations.
Mercury gets right back up to his feet, and goes to Matt Hardy, who rolls up Mercury, 1… 2… NO!! Mercury breaks free once again, much to the dismay of the fans. Mercury gets right back up to his feet, and so does Matt. Both men, standing opposite, stare at each other, before Mercury charges towards Hardy, only to get planted down with a SIDE EFFECT!! The Intercontinental Champ makes the cover, 1… 2… NO!! Mercury kicks out once again, showing brilliant resiliency, whilst Matt Hardy looks shocked, but he doesn’t look to waste his time.
Matt Hardy gets right back up to his feet, scales right to the top turnbuckle, yells out loudly, taunting the fans with his famous gesture, before he dives down, crashing Mercury’s body with a DOWNFALL!! The fans go nuts, hoping for Matt to finish it off, but Matt doesn’t make the cover, and instead, he gets right back up. Matt helps up Mercury, and he then taunts the fans once again, before knocking down Mercury with a thunderous TWIST OF FATE!! Cover by the Intercontinental Champ, 1… 2… 3!
Winner via pinfall: Matt Hardy @ 09:25
The Tacoma Dome erupts, as Matt Hardy gets up to his feet, and the referee hands the Intercontinental Championship to him. Matt Hardy, with his hands and title raised up in the mid air, celebrates his win in the qualifying match for the King of the Ring, before we fade to a black screen.
We’re shown the controversial ending of last week’s show, with Triple H breaking the clause, and attacking Kurt Angle. We come right back, and hear the commentators trying hard to hype this more, and in the end, they say that the rumor is, that Mr. McMahon will make an appearance at tonight’s show, and he’s going to name Kurt Angle -- the NEW WWE Champ!!
Commercial Break
The camera cuts backstage and we see a huge black limo arriving in the Tacoma Dome. The limo stops, the driver comes out, opens the back door of the limo, and out comes the Chairman of WWE, VINCE MCMAHON, with a briefcase in his hand!! The fans pop big time, as Vince McMahon enters the arena.
Cut to the backstage where we find one-half of the World Tag Team Champ, Rob Van Dam, shaking his head in disappointment, probably because he lost his qualifying match for the King of the Ring last week, whilst his partner, Rey Mysterio is standing at the back, looking a bit disappointed too but not more than RVD. The commentators mention that the team of Mysterio and RVD will team up with John Cena to face the team of Umaga, Kane, and Snitsky tonight. Mysterio comes forward, and asks what’s wrong with RVD, but RVD doesn’t reply, still looking a bit disappointed. Mysterio says he knows why RVD is disappointed, but he doesn’t need to be. Mysterio continues to cheer up RVD by saying that RVD JUST came a little short. Mysterio says that he knows RVD is better than that, and tonight; they’ve got to win the match up. Mysterio speaks something in Spanish, before he finishes up with a “Cheer up, amigo” line, whilst RVD nods slowly. Mysterio pats at the back of RVD’s back, before we cut right back to the ring.
***Time To Rock And Roll*** The arena erupts, as the former Women’s Champion, Trish Stratus makes her way down to the ring. ***Mickie So Fine*** Mickie’s theme song then hits, as the current Women’s Champion makes her way down to the ring this time.
Match #2; Women’s Championship:
Mickie James © vs. Trish Stratus
With the women’s title on the line, the fans actually get excited about this contest between two of the finest lady wrestlers of the WWE. Finishing moments; Mickie has Trish in a side headlock for a good few seconds, and just when it looked like Trish is about to fade, the Canadian came back strongly, breaking the lock, with elbows to the gut of the current Women’s Champ, Mickie James. Trish quickly hits Mickie with a right hand, before she comes off the ropes, with an AIR CANANDA!! Trish, after rocking Mickie with rights and lefts clubbing blows, gets right back up to her feet, and she picks up Mickie too. Trish Irish whips Mickie to the corner, before she runs at Mickie, and rolls her down to the ring with a STRATUS FEAR!! Trish follows up with a cover, 1… 2… NO!!
Mickie James kicks out, and keeps her chance to retain her title alive, whilst Trish Stratus gets up to a vertical stand, and brings up Mickie. Trish quickly Irish whips Mickie to the ropes, but Mickie holds the ropes, and eventually goes to the outside, trying to take a breather, whilst the fans boo.
Trish Stratus, looking a bit disappointed, decides to get out of the ring, and he goes over to Mickie, who kicks Trish in the gut. The Women’s Champ, Mickie James then runs at Trish and gives her a DEVASTATING KICK this time!! The Tacoma Dome erupts into loud jeers, as Mickie James gets back to the ring, and waits for Trish to get up at the outside, and just when Trish does, Mickie runs at her, and gives her a BASEBALL SLIDE!! The fans boo yet again, obviously wanting for Trish to win this up, whilst Mickie rolls Trish back to the ring, and she follows in too, covering Trish, 1… 2… NO!! Trish kicks out, as the fans pop, whilst Mickie James gets right back up to her feet, and stomps at the canvas, venting out her frustrations!
Mickie picks up Trish Stratus, and nails her with her combination of a spinning sole kick to the mid section, followed by a front kick to the face and chest, and then finishing it off with a spinning back kick to the head! Mickie decides not to cover Trish, but decides to get her up onto a vertical stand. Mickie applies a front face lock on Trish, and it looks like Mickie is about to go for the move that Trish made famous -– STRATUSFACTION!! But Trish breaks free at the last time, and she Irish whips Mickie to the corner after rocking her with a back hand chop.
The former Women’s Champion, Trish Stratus charges at Mickie James into the corner, and connects with the STRATUS SPLASH!! The fans pop big time, and just when Mickie staggers back, Trish knocks down with a CHICK KICK out of nowhere!! Trish, after dragging Mickie back to the center of the ring, hooks her legs for a pinfall attempt, 1… 2… 3!!
Winner via pinfall & NEW Women’s Champ: Trish Stratus @ 07:05
Trish Stratus -- The NEW Women’s Champion -- gets up to her feet, and smiles, whilst the fans pop big time. The referee hands the title to Trish Stratus, who taunts the fans with the title. Trish celebrates in the ring with her newly won title, before the camera fades to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
The camera cuts to the backstage, and we see the General Manager, Eric Bischoff at the back, dealing with some papers when suddenly; in comes Triple H… WITHOUT the WWE Championship. Triple H, with a pissed off look on his face, looks to speak, but Eric Bischoff cuts him off, and says that Mr. McMahon is here tonight to name Kurt Angle – the NEW WWE Championship – since Triple H broke the clause last week. The fans pop big time, as Triple H responds by saying that he is “The Measuring Stick of this Business” and he knows Vince is a smart businessman, and he wouldn’t do something like that because deep down inside; Vince knows what’s good for this business. Triple H comes closer to Bischoff, who looks a bit nervous now, and just when Bischoff is about to say something, Triple H loses his cool, and vents out his frustrations on Eric Bischoff by saying that Kurt Angle doesn’t deserve the WWE Championship, and he wants his WWE Title at the end of the night somehow, and if he doesn’t get it; he’ll quit RAW!! The fans pop, whilst Triple H walks out from the office, leaving a concerned General Manager behind.
The camera fades to a black screen, before we see clips of Rey Mysterio, John Cena, Chris Jericho, and Kane (via DQ) qualifying last week for KOTR last week, followed by the clips of the brutal attack on Kane by Umaga. We come back to the commentators, who hype that “Weirdly; Kane and Umaga will team up with Snitsky to take on the team of Cena, RVD, and Mysterio”
***It Wasn’t My Fault*** RAW’s monster jobber (in my thread), makes his way to the ring, getting a no reaction at all. ***Bulldozer*** Umaga comes out to the ring, followed by his handler; Armando Alejandro Estrada, getting quiet a nice heel heat from the fans. ***Slow Chemical*** Pops, as Kane walks out to the ring, staring Umaga intently. ***Booyaka/One Of A Kind - Remix*** The World Tag Team Champs, RVD and Mysterio walk out to the ringside to a good amount of pops. ***My Time Is Now*** Tacoma Dome erupts, and out comes John Cena, who then slides into the ring, with RVD and Mysterio.
Match #3; Three vs. Three Tag Team Match:
RVD, Mysterio, and John Cena vs. Umaga, Kane, and Snitsky
With six workers in a same ring; one would expect a lengthy match up, but this is kept short, with Snitsky suffering the most from the team of John Cena, and the World Tag Team Champions, RVD and Rey Mysterio. There are times in this match up when Umaga and Kane, despite being partners, look to destroy each other too, but Umaga’s handler; Armando Alejandro Estrada does a solid job to get his “Samoan Bulldozer” away from Kane.
Finishing moments; Rey Mysterio and Umaga are the legal men right now in this bout. Rey, with his top-notch speed, goes for a quick dropkick, and connects, but Umaga doesn’t go down, and stands tall. However, this doesn’t keep down Mysterio though, as he comes back once again with a dropkick, but yet again, the result is same, with Umaga standing tall, and Mysterio looking a bit nervous.
Mysterio however decides to come off the ropes again, but watches Umaga going for a clothesline, so Mysterio ducks under it, and hits the ropes, looking to come back at Umaga again, but Estrada holds Mysterio’s legs from the outside. The referee tries to warn Estrada, but Estrada doesn’t even listen to the referee, whilst Mysterio, with all he has got, pushes Estrada with full velocity, as Estrada then goes onto hit the barricade with a loud thumping noise! Mysterio turns back, and watches Umaga running at him like a feint train, but Mysterio drop toe holds Umaga, putting Umaga in a perfect 619 position!!
The Tacoma Dome erupts into huge cheers, as Mysterio goes for the 619… and CONNECTS!! Umaga, trying to shake the cobwebs loose, stands up, whilst Mysterio jumps up at the top rope, and goes for the WEAST COAST POP – BUT UMAGA CATCHES MYSTERIO IN THE MID AIR – AND PLANTS HIM DOWN WITH A SICK SAMOAN DROP!! RVD and John Cena look concern, whilst Umaga makes the cover, 1… 2… NO!! Rey-Rey kicks out, showing tremendous resiliency.
Umaga gets right back up to his feet, and goes to tag in Snitsky, who immediately starts nailing Mysterio with some stomps, whilst Umaga and Kane, standing near to each other, look at each other. The fans pop, probably knowing that the hell is about to break lose, and with Umaga’s handler out; Umaga makes a mistake of nailing Kane with a right hand!! Kane reacts sadistically, and he rocks Umaga with a right hand of his own!! Both monsters create a huge messy brawl at the ringside, before they move away from the camera sights through the crowd’s area, whilst Estrada follows them up when he gets up.
In the meantime, Snitsky picks up Mysterio, and Irish whips him to the ropes. Mysterio bounces back, as Snitsky goes for a BIG BOOT… but Mysterio ducks under it, and quickly goes to tag in John Cena, who gets right into the ring, rocking Snitsky with a right hand, following up with a FREESTYLE… followed by the FIVE KNUCKLE SHUFFLE!! The Tacoma Dome erupts yet again, as John Cena picks up Snitsky, hoists him up, and plants him down with an F-U!! And just when the crowd thought that the match is over, Cena motions something to RVD, and tags him in, before RVD climbs up to the turnbuckle and dives down, connecting a FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH over Snitsky!! The fans pop, as RVD decides to finish it off, 1… 2… 3!!
Winners via pinfall: RVD, Mysterio, and John Cena @ 09:47
The team of John Cena, and the World Tag Team Champions, Rob Van Dam and Rey Mysterio celebrate their victory, standing over the fallen body of Snitsky, before the camera cuts to the back.
We see Todd Grisham, with a microphone in his hand, ready to interview someone when he interviews the guy who’ll be making his return tonight, and the guy who’ll be facing the returning Undertaker tonight, Carlito Caribbean Cool. The cool superstar walks into the frame, getting a negative reaction from the fans. Todd asks what’s going on his mind because he’s got such a huge match up tonight against The Undertaker. Carlito says that Todd is nothing, but a stupid guy. Carlito says that the way Todd asked that question; it looks that Todd thinks that Carlito is afraid. Carlito says that he’s not afraid of facing a man who’s already dead. Carlito says that tonight, no matter what happens; he’s going to defeat The Undertaker, and dat… dat’s cool. Carlito walks out nervously, slowly saying to himself “Did I say that?”
Cut right back to the commentators, who talk about The Undertaker’s return tonight. Jim Ross mentions that the security guards are at the back, making sure that Y2J doesn’t make into this arena tonight. We see a clip of Eric Bischoff laying down the huge announcement on Y2J last week, before we fade out to a commercial.
Commercial Break
***Teacher*** Matt Striker walks out, getting just a small reaction from the fans. ***Snapshot*** One-half of the former World Tag Team Champs, Johnny Nitro walks out to the ring, looking pumped up, for his KOTR qualifying match up.
Match #4; King of the Ring - Qualifying Match:
Johnny Nitro vs. Matt Striker
Weirdly; it is a heel vs. heel match up, and both of these workers don’t really put a “solid” match, and the fans get bored at a few portions of this match up, but whenever they see a spot or some huge move, they get excited though.
Finishing moments: Johnny Nitro, after planting down Nitro with a swinging neckbreaker, scales up to the top turnbuckle, and taunts the fans, before diving down, looking for a CORCKSCREW MOONSAULT -- but Matt Striker moves out of the way at the last time, and Nitro crashes and burns!! The teacher himself, Matt Striker quickly gets right back up to his feet, holds Nitro’s legs, and applies a single leg Boston crab on Johnny Nitro.
Despite Striker being a heel, the fans somewhat cheer for him, and Striker looks to finish off the match here via submission. Nitro yells out loudly, letting the fans know that he’s in a tremendous amount of pressure, whilst Striker keeps pressuring on the hold. Nitro, finally, with all he has got, crawls few inches towards, and just when it looked like he’s about to reach the ropes -- Striker looks to pull him back, but Nitro HOLDS THE ROPE!!
Striker, looking frustrated, doesn’t leave the hold, and keep weakening Nitro with the single leg Boston crab, but the referee finally breaks it up. Matt Striker quickly gets right back up to his feet, brings up Nitro, and Irish whips him to the turnbuckles. Striker then charges at Nitro, and goes for a corner clothesline, but Nitro moves out of the way, and Striker eats the turnbuckle!
Nitro quickly takes a breather, and just when Striker staggers back from the corner, “The A-Lister” Johnny Nitro knocks down Striker with a STEP-UP ENZIGUIRI!! Nitro taunts the fans with the “Snapshot” sign, before he makes the cover on Striker, 1… 2… 3!!
Winner via pinfall: Johnny Nitro @ 07:14
Johnny Nitro gets up to his feet, and celebrates his win over Striker, before the camera cuts to the backstage, and we see some security guards at the back, watching out for Chris Jericho, whilst the commentators mention that Eric Bischoff laid down the announcement regarding that Jericho shouldn’t be present in this arena, but if somehow he does; he’d NOT get paid for a month.
We come back right to the arena, as the commentators hype Eugene vs. the Mystery Opponent, which is NEXT!
Commercial Break
***Child Play*** The child’s favorite, Eugene comes out to the ring, looking pumped up for his King of the Ring qualifier. Eugene’s music dies down and every single person in this arena starts waiting for the Mystery Opponent when suddenly…
…
…
…
***Gotta Burn In My Light*** SmackDown’s Randy Orton comes out to the stage, dressed to the compete, whilst Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler, including all the fans, look shocked. Jim Ross quickly covers up though, by saying that it was posted at WWE.COM that the Co-General Manager of SmackDown, Mick Foley fired Orton from SmackDown due to his actions on The Rock last week on Friday Night SmackDown, and here’s “The Legend Killer” now… back on RAW!!
Match #5; King of the Ring - Qualifying Match:
Randy Orton vs. Eugene
The match starts with Orton rocking Eugene with few right hands, before he Irish whips Eugene to the ropes. Eugene bounces back, right into a beautiful standing dropkick by “The Legend Killer”, who continues on his attack on Eugene with few heavy stomps over Eugene.
Orton then picks up Eugene, and rocks him with few more right hands, which now starts to anger Eugene, who plays up with the crowd like he usually does, and just when it looked like Eugene is about to get the upper hand; “The Legend Killer” Randy Orton drops down Eugene with a sick RKO!! Orton goes for the cover, 1… 2… 3?!?! -- NO!! Orton breaks the cover, as the fans boo heavily!! Orton, with a sadistic smile over his face, picks up Eugene, and drops down the child’s favorite superstar with another RKO!! Orton covers Eugene yet again, 1… 2… 3!!
Winner via pinfall: Randy Orton @ 01:57
Orton gets right back up to his feet, and taunts the fans with the “Destiny” pose. He’s handed with a microphone, and he tells that Mick Foley knew that Orton was a danger for his “top start” of SmackDown (The Rock), and that’s the only reason why he decided to fire Randy Orton from SmackDown, but “The Legend Killer” won’t stop at anything at all!! Orton finishes up the quick promo by saying that Mick Foley and SmackDown can go to hell and he’s here on RAW now to become the next King of the Ring. Orton throws the microphone, and goes back to the entrance ramp, before the camera fades to the back, and we see Mr. McMahon making his way down to the arena, with the briefcase in his hand.
***No Chance In Hell*** The Chairman of WWE, Vince McMahon makes his way out to the ring, getting a mixed reaction from the fans. Vince gets the microphone, and shows us a footage that created controversy last week between Triple H and Kurt Angle. Vince says that since Triple H broke the clause, Kurt Angle should be named the NEW WWE Champion, and he’s actually here to name Kurt Angle -- THE NEW WWE CHAMPION!! Tacoma Dome erupts loudly; as Vince mentions that the official contract that created huge chaos last week, and the WWE Championship in the briefcase that is in his hand. Triple H’s music hit suddenly, as ‘The Game’ walks out, with a pissed off look on his face. ‘The Game’ says that Vince knows that this company would go nowhere if Triple H isn’t the WWE Champion, and deep down inside; he knows Vince would make a good decision. Triple H mentions that Vince’s wallet is full of money, and that’s only because of him. Triple H asks Vince to make the good call, and just hand him HIS WWE Title.
The fans boo, as Vince replies negatively, whilst the fans pop big time. Triple H reacts angrily, but weirdly; starts smiling after few seconds. Everyone starts getting confused, as Vince asks “What the hell is funny!? Huh!?” Triple H says that Vince is an idiot, and he should’ve looked in the briefcase firstly. Vince quickly opens up the briefcase, and the WWE Title isn’t there!! Triple H smiles even more, and says Vince and everyone else to just wait. Triple H quickly goes out of the ring, and goes to the back, but then he comes back after a few seconds… WITH THE WWE TITLE!! The fans boo heavily, as Vince looks angry, and asks what the hell Triple H is doing. ‘The Game’ walks into the ring once again, and says “Look at the contract clearly, old man”
The Chairman of the WWE, Vince McMahon looks at the contract, and reacts puzzled, whilst Triple H continues on, smiling heavily. Triple H walks few steps closer to Vince, and snatches the contract out of Vince’s hand to some boos. The camera zooms in to the contract, and it looks like Triple H didn’t sign on the second clause!! The fans boo heavily; as Triple H, still smirking heavily, says that he’s not stupid enough to sign on --
***Medal*** The fans go nuts, as Kurt Angle SPRINTS down to the ring, looking ready to explode on Triple H, and just let me remind you that if he does even touch Triple H; Angle will NEVER get a shot at the WWE Championship!! Angle looks ready to attack on Triple H, who smiles, and challenges Kurt to hit him right in the face. The fans obviously know that if Angle hit Triple H, he loses his chance to get a shot at the WWE Championship, but Triple H is challenging Angle to hit it, but will Angle hit Triple H?! NO!! Angle, cleverly, snatches the contract out of Triple H’s hands, and looks at it… BEFORE TEARING IT UP!!! Angle stomps on the contract, before he ANGLE SLAMS TRIPLE H RIGHT TO THE FLOOR!!! The fans go nuts, as Vince looks puzzled at the back, whilst Angle picks up the microphone, and the WWE Title, before Angle intensely, and with loud tone, yells out “I’M CLEVERER THAN YOU, HUNTER! YOU THOUGHT THAT I COULDN’T TOUCH YOU!? WELL, I JUST SLAMMED YOUR FREAKIN’ ASS DOWN!!” Angle throws down the microphone, and taunts the fans with the WWE Championship, as we fade out to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
We see a recap of how the promo between Vince McMahon, Triple H, and Angle went down.
***I’m Back And Better Than Ever*** The General Manager of RAW, Eric Bischoff comes out with a microphone in his hand, and he says that the security guards are at the back, making sure that Y2J doesn’t make it to the arena tonight, but he’ll be here at the ringside, watching out the next match clearly. Bischoff walks down the aisle, and sits with the commentators.
***I Spit In The Face…*** Carlito comes out to the ring, looking a bit nervous, whilst the fans boo the youngster. The arena goes dark, and after a few seconds… ***Graveyard Symphony*** The Undertaker’s infamous music hits, as “The Deadman” makes his way down to the ring.
Match #6; King of the Ring - Qualifying Match: Main Event:
Carlito Caribbean Cool vs. The Undertaker
Absolutely the match of the night for tonight’s show. The excitement factor in the Tacoma Dome is 100% with The Undertaker’s return after Backlash, and also with Eric Bischoff’s presence at the ringside.
Finishing moments; “The Deadman” Irish whips Carlito to the ropes with full authority. Carlito rebounds back from the ropes, as The Undertaker grabs him by his neck, and is about to go for the CHOKESLAM -- BUT CARLITO ROLLS ‘TAKER, 1… 2… NO!! The Tacoma Dome looks really surprised, as Carlito gets up to his feet, and just when ‘Taker gets up, Carlito runs out to the outside, taking a deep breather. A fan at the ringside starts yelling out at Carlito, who then turns back, and starts attacking the fan verbally, but just when Carlito turns back -- THE UNDERTAKER COMES OUT OF NOWHERE FROM INSIDE THE RING… TO THE OUTSIDE… TAKING DOWN CARLITO WITH A HIGH ANGLE SUICIDE DRIVE!!
The Tacoma Dome erupts into huge cheers, as The Undertaker gets up to his feet, and rolls Carlito back in to the ring. ‘Taker slides in too, picking up Carlito, and rocking him with a solid right hand, before ‘Taker grabs Carlito’s hand, climbs up to the top turnbuckle, and dives down, connecting the OLD SCHOOL on Carlito! The Undertaker covers Carlito, 1… 2… NO!!
Carlito kicks out with all he has got, whilst the fans boo. However, “The Phenom” gets right back up to his feet, picks up Carlito, and throws him the corner for a SNAKE EYES, before The Undertaker comes off of the ropes, and knocks down the returning Carlito with a BIG BOOT!!
The Undertaker covers Carlito once again, 1… 2… NO!! Carlito kicks out somehow resiliently, whilst the fans boo yet again.
The Undertaker however doesn’t stop, and gets right back up to his feet, before he signals the fans to finish off Carlito with his finisher -- CHOKESLAM!! The Undertaker slowly picks up Carlito, before he grabs him by his neck, and looks to really finish him off with a CHOKESLAM, but Carlito pushes The Undertaker away, with full authority, as The Undertaker then goes onto hit the referee!! The fans boo, seeing Carlito counter that move, whilst Eric Bischoff looks concerned at the ringside. The Undertaker tries to shake the cobwebs loose, but Carlito goes behind him, and goes for the BACK CRACKER… but The Undertaker holds the ropes, and Carlito crashes down!!
The fans cheer, as The Undertaker then picks up Carlito, and PLANTS HIM DOWN WITH A CHOKESLAM!! ‘Taker watches that there is no referee, so he decides to pick up Carlito once again. ‘Taker taunts the fans with his famous gesture, signaling for the TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER, as the fans go ape shit. The Undertaker picks up Carlito slowly, before he looks to set up Carlito in a TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER position, but suddenly; the camera cuts to the ringside, at a front row where see a guy, dressed in a black, and a pair of jeans. That guy jumps out to the ringside, bringing in a steel chair with him, whilst The Undertaker PLANTS DOWN CARLITO WITH A TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER IN THE RING!!
The Undertaker covers Carlito in his typical fashion, but the referee is still out cold, and suddenly; THAT GUY CRACKS THE STEEL CHAIR RIGHT TO THE BACK OF THE UNDERTAKER ONCE… TWICE… THREE TIMES!!
Tacoma Dome erupts into loud jeers, as that guy throws out the steel chair, and grabs Carlito’s arm, before he drags Carlito’s arm right over the body of The Undertaker. The fans are still booing like hell, whilst Eric Bischoff reacts shockingly too. The same guy quickly goes to the outside, and tears the FACIAL MASK OFF, and reveals himself CHRIS JERICHO, whilst the referee comes in his sense, and starts counting, 1… 2… 3!!!
Winner via pinfall: Carlito Caribbean Cool @ 13:41
Carlito beats ‘Taker, and advances, whilst Jim Ross quickly explains that Chris Jericho won’t be paid for one month now, and the way Jericho’s reacting makes him look like Jericho doesn’t even care for the money!! The show ends, with The Undertaker and Carlito lying down in the ring, whilst Jericho smiles heavily, standing at the entrance ramp.
END OF SHOW
