Friday Night Smackdown Preview!
28th September 07 - Ohio; Cleveland – Gund Arena

Friday Night Smackdown comes to the Gund arena just 9 days before Cyber Sunday. With huge matches announced plus many rivalries reaching boiling point, Smackdown is a must-see show . . .

* CM Punk hit The World Champ, MVP with the GTS at the end of the night last week, after MVP failed in an attempt to attack Punk. Tonight CM Punk faces a massive challenge, as he takes on Mark Henry in the main event. Will the Worlds Strongest man destroy the number one contender? Or will the straight edge superstar pull through? And will MVP be able to stay away from Punk after last week?

* Johnny Jeter and Nick Nemeth made an impressive debut last week on Smackdown with a great victory. Tonight the new team will have their second match on Smackdown as they take on the team of Funaki and Jimmy Wang Yang. With the champs Batista and Flair watching, can Jeter and Nemeth make it two wins out of two? Or will the high-flying oriental team pick up the win?

* Last week it was announced that Matt hardy would be defending his U.S title against the fans choice of Kenny Dykstra, Elijah Burke or Finlay. Tonight, two of the three options will go at it as Kenny Dykstra takes on Elijah Burke. Who will get the win and prove they are the best choice? And will the tough Irishman Finlay stay away?

* The Undertaker returned to Smackdown last week to defeat Dave Taylor. Tonight, Taylor gets a chance to get revenge, as he will face Taker once again, this time in a tag match as the brothers of destruction re unite. Will the brothers of destruction destroy their opponents?

* Jamie Noble won a match against Hornswaggle last week, which means that Noble now has a restraining order on the little man. Tonight, with Hornswaggle off his back, Noble will be in action against a local wrestler. Will Noble finally be able to concentrate on his wrestling and win?

* Hardcore Holly defeated Chris Masters last week on Smackdown. But the word is that Chris Masters still has unfinished business with Holly. The two will meet in a six-man tag team match tonight. Are they done with each other?
