The best full TNA PPV I've ever seen is Sacrifice 2007. I'm sure there have been better PPVs, but this was the first one that popped into my head. Aside from Basham & Damaja vs. Kip James, there's not a bad match on the card.

Sabin/Lethal/Dutt: ****
Roode/Jarrett: ***1/4
Daniels/Rhino: **3/4 - ***
2-on-1 handicap: *1/2
Harris/Storm - Texas Deathmatch: ****1/4
Lynn/Shelley/Senshi/Tiger: ***1/4 - ***1/2
3D/LAX/Tomko and Steiner: ***
Joe/Styles: ***1/2
Angle/Christian/Sting: ***1/4

As you can see, it's a great PPV from top to bottom. I highly recommend it.
