RAW - On the road to Summerlam

Thanks for those replies. Glad I have some new followers. I'm really putting a lot of effort into SummerSlam, so please be kind.
Okay. Here is RAW. It will be a little bit less detailed as I want to start this ratings war with Grendrill ASAP.

RAW ; July 19th 2004: Fresno:

We are shown a video package, showing us last weeks events with Evolution taking out the Undertaker.
Opening Video

J.R and King welcome us to RAW. They talk about last weeks events involving Evolution and Undertaker. Then the Evolution music plays.
The trio make their way to the ring and begin to talk about last week. Orton tells the crowd that he is not to blame for what happened - Mick Foley is! He explains to the crowd that he pleaded with Foley not to sign the casket match for the title, but he did, and Foley left him no choice, and he did what he had to do. He then says if the crowd wants to blame anyone for what happened to the deadman, then blame Mick Foley. This brings out Foley. He tells Evolution that what they did last week is reprehensible and that now they have left him no choice. He announces that tonight’s main event will be a Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender to face Orton at Summerslam.

1st Match: World Tag Team Championships Match:
Edge & Christian vs. Sean O’Haire & Chuck Palumbo
Finish: E & C cheat to retain the titles, with Christian holding Palumbo’s legs down as Edge covered.

Stars flock to Mick Foley’s office to ask for a place in tonight’s Battle Royal. He tells them that he has already decided who will be in. He announces the participants; Edge, Christian, RVD, Orlando Jordan, Rodney Mack, Test, Steiner, Jericho, Sting, Matt Hardy, Maven, Matt Morgan, Spike Dudley, and three more stars will earn a place in a 6 man tag later when Booker T, Goldust & Raven take on Cade, Jindrak and Nowinski. Many stars leave happy but a lot are also disappointed.
Interview with RVD. He is asked about being in tonight’s Battle Royal. He says that tonight will be RVD’s night to shine, and he will go on to Summe - then Rhyno plants RVD with a Gore through the wall. He has a crazed look in his eyes and takes the microphone from Terri. He says that it doesn’t look like RVD will be in a Battle Royal tonight, so he says he will take his place. He then says he is sick of being overlooked, first his Hardcore Title match is scrapped and now he isn’t even in the Battle Royal. But from now on he is going to be an impact player.

We return with RVD being placed in an ambulance.

2nd Match: Women’s Championship Match:
Trish Stratus vs. Victoria
Finish: Trish uses the tights for the win. She then takes a microphone and says that she has beaten every woman there is to beat and really, the WWE should award her with a Women’s Title to keep forever. Then Gail Kim’s music plays. She runs to the ring to take on Trish, but Trish quickly gets out and exits through the crowd.

Interview with Jericho. He talks about tonight being his big opportunity that he has been waiting for. He then talks about the last time he was at Sky Dome for WM X8.He says it eats him alive, but this is his chance to make up for that loss, and he will.
We are shown highlights of last weeks Raw when HBK returned.
Kane then makes his way to the ring. He talks about wanting to end HBK’s career for good. HBK enters. He tells Kane that he shouldn’t hunt what he cant kill. Kane says that all he needs is a chance, and he will capitalize. He challenges HBK to face him at SummerSlam. HBK accepts.

3rd Match: For places in Battle Royal:
Booker T, Goldust and Raven vs. Cade, Jindrak and Nowinski
Finish: In a fairly good encounter, Booker gets the win after hitting the scissors kick on Jindrak.

Evolution talk backstage. They talk about last week, and Orton realises that he killed another legend.
Foley catches up with Rhyno. He tells Rhyno that what he done wasn’t right. He gives him a fine and tells him that he can forget about any title shot against Raven. Rhyno laughs at Foley.
Edge, Christian and Trish talk about tonight’s Battle Royal and the return of Gail Kim. Goldust enters. He tells them that they may be the Tag team champions but, but, but, but, but, but, BUTTERSCOTCH. YAAAWWWOO. AHHH. But, you will never forget the name of Goldust. Edge and Christian make fun of Goldust. Booker enters, he tells Edge and Christian that tonight their punk assess are getting chucked over the top rope.
Coach asks Foley about the HBK - Kane match. Foley says that he wants their feud to end once and for all at SummerSlam. He makes it a first blood match.

4th Match:
Batista & Ric Flair vs. Dudley Boys
Finish: The Dudleyz hit the 3D on Flair and look set to get the win, but Batista pulls the referee out of the ring. Bubba then fights on the outside with Batista, while Orton hits D’ Von with the RKO. Flair rolls on top and Evolution win.

We return with Evolution laughing backstage about their win. Foley. Tells Orton that he is sick and tired of seeing him week after week gain cheap victories, or helping Evolution gain a cheap victory. He books Orton in a table match next week on his own against the Dudleyz. Orton is irate.
We see several stars preparing for the Battle Royal, up next.

Main Event: 16 man Over the top rope Battle Royal, with the winner earning a title shot at SummerSlam:
