Try WinAvi or Convert X To DVD. I prefer WinAVI myself. I can have a video_ts folder ready in an hour compared to waiting 2-4 hours for Nero. I use it for all my movies but let Nero do the work for wrestling since i want custom chapter marks, menus, and so forth.
