Default Re: WWE 2006 by Renegade™

**Sunday Night HEAT**

HEAT kicks off with The Coach & Todd Grisham welcoming us, and we get to open things up with a match which sees Val Venis defeat Goldust after a comical mix-up between Goldust & Eugene at ringside allowed for Venis to plant Goldust with the Blue Thunder for the win. Venis shook hands with the two afterwards to show no hard feelings

Coach & Grisham then began to highlight the Batista/Lashley vs Booker T/Finlay/Regal feud, and explaining the advantage Team Booker will have tonight as far as personel go, but are at no advantage powerwise against two "muscle bound freaks" as Coach labels them. They then give us a brief rundown on the two Tag title matches tonight, with MNM defending their belts against AMW, while Cade & Jindrak will take on the New Age Outlaws, with that match having all outside parties, DX & The Corporation included, barred from ringside, and then the Orton/Kennedy feud which started up in the last few weeks, and also the Rhino/Raven feud that is set to see the two compete inside the bar inside the arena, in the backstage area

After a short break, we return and see Eric Bischoff pull up in a limo, getting extreme heat from the Atlantan crowd, he refuses an interview with Steve Romero, and when Romero tries to get some comments from him, Chris Masters & Monty Brown stand in his way, with Romero backing off quickly

The next matches to be run through are the US & IC titles, as we are shown Matt Hardy earning his chance to fight Muhammad Hassan for the US title back at SNME when the Hardyz beat Hassan/Davairi. Then we are shown Haas turning on AJ Styles on RAW, and then AJ Styles winning a number one contenders match at SNME that had Haas serve as guest ref. They show us the post match confrontation between Styles & Haas, and then last week's happenings on the Cabana, and then AJ/Carlito beating Haas/Test on RAW this week

Now SmackDown! showcases a match which sees Psicosis take on Funaki and beat him with the Tornado DDT after a few minutes of back and forth action

The next feuds are given a bigger analysis, these being the Undertaker/Goldberg & Austin/Cena matches, both of which are on the "pennultimate" side of the card, turning from the mid card to upper card matches. Coach & Grisham speculate on whether Taker will show up with both agreeing he will and look to exert punishment on Bill Goldberg, while the Austin/Cena rundown includes all the happenings of the past 2 months between the two, all the big brawls they have had, then Cena having Austin sign the contract in Austin's own blood, then having Austin make it a No DQ match at the discression of Mr. McMahon

Backstage Steve Romero interviews Booker T about the Handicap Tag match tonight, Booker T says that no matter who's the GM on SmackDown!, they're always against him, and tonight he and his tag partners Finlay & Regal will put the wrongs right on Batista & Lashley

The HHH vs HBK match is now highlighted, all the big moments of the past 8 weeks packed into it, showing HBK returning to screw HHH over, and then the two having their exchange of words, before HBK continuing to pop up and hit Sweet Chin Music to HHH, but also to the McMahons, showing that he is playing no favourites in the DX/Corporation feud

Another SmackDown! matchup sees a big 8 man tag where Jeff Hardy, Hardcore Holly, Paul London & Brian Kendrick defeat Mark Henry, Simon Dean, Nunzio & Vito after the ref loses control of things and the returning Hardcore Holly drills Simon Dean to the mat with an Alabamaslam, and then Jeff Hardy soars off the top rope with a Swanton Bomb, as London & Kendrick take out Nunzio & Vito with suicide dives

Now the World Heavyweight Championship 4 Way is discussed, as Kurt Angle, the champion, being at distinct odds to lose the title against Benoit, Jericho & Lesnar. Coach & Grisham say this is going to come down to perhaps a piece of luck in the end as far as who wins, but Grisham stresses the fact that Brock Lesnar was unfairly added to the equation by Paul Heyman, the new SD! GM, but Coach tells Grisham to suck it up for once and stop whining

We see Stone Cold Steve Austin walking down the halls, calling for a beer, but finds out that Scotty 2 Hotty just had the last one. S2H tries to apologize to Austin, who pretends to accept the apology, before hitting a Stunner to him, and leaving saying he's gonna pick up a six pack across the street

The War Games match is now highlighted, all 10 men talked about, and Coach saying that team Bischoff will win because Eric has chosen youth and fitness over star power, and that is what will get his team over the line, although Grisham points out that Team Foley has the Hardcore edge, with both RVD & Foley in their team

In the main event, Maven defeats Test, and continues his roll, with 3 victories in a row now, after scoring with a Spinning Reverse DDT, which Maven calls the Mavenator, afterwards Maven celebrates with the crowd as we cut to the opening video to Summerslam, as Coach & Grisham sign off

"Out Of My Way" by Seether blares through the speakers as the crowd comes alive after the huge pyrotechnics display and the camera's scan around the sold out arena, looking at signs like "Goldturg", "HBK - Game Over" and "Rock's cookin' smells good" before things are handed over to JR & The King

JR: Welcome one and all to the hottest event of the summer, it's WWE Summerslam! We are live across over 100 countries from the Phillips Arena here in Atlanta, Georgia, hometown of Chris Benoit, and what a night we're install for. As always, The King is beside me.

King: Aw JR I can feel it, this is gonna be huge. Just look at the RAW card, it's packed!

JR: That's true partner, tonight, Cade & Jindrak get to show us just how good they are as they defend their World Tag Team titles against the New Age Outlaws, but unlike last time when Cade & Jindrak were helped out by Test, all outside parties are banned from ringside!

King: We'll see if the Corporation's young guns can live up to their words this past Monday on RAW JR, that they are the future, and this is their big step into the limelight, beating the "Has Beens"

JR: It's gonna be a brutal match as the Hardcore title is on the line as Raven defends his championship against Rhino in the bar room backstage, in the famous Bar Room Brawl situation!

King: Raven has been a sneaky character lately, but Rhino ended up fooling Raven on RAW this past week, so both men go into this wanting it equally!

JR: Also, AJ Styles takes on Charlie Haas, with the Intercontinental title on the line, after two weeks ago at Saturday Night's Main Event, AJ Styles won a triple threat match which was refereed by Haas, Haas wasn't happy to count AJ as the winner, I think Haas knows Styles has his number.

King: Well Styles does have the edge over Haas with that tag win 6 days ago on RAW, but I can't go against Charlie Haas in this one JR. I just can't.

JR: And what about this one King, Stone Cold Steve Austin & John Cena in a No Disqualifications match, where neither man can be DQ'd, which means that weapons and dirty tactics are legal as a right hand!

King: It's what we've been waiting for lately JR, and I can't wait any longer. Who's gonna back their mouth up with a win? It's too close to tell.

JR: Talking about waiting for matches, the WWE Championship matchup is the most anticipated matchup according to a recent fan poll on WWE.com, and why not, when it's HHH & HBK in the ring?

King: These two have had their wars in the past JR, but in this case the roles are reversed, and HHH is the man the fans love. I'm pulling for an HBK win, but honestly, it can go either way.

JR: And what about our, and tonight's main event? The War Games match, as Team Foley, consisting of The Rock, Sting, Rob Van Dam, Scott Hall and Mick Foley himself, take on Team Bischoff, which is Christian, Edge, Shelton Benjamin, Monty Brown & Chris Masters! Youth vs experience, 5 on 5, in the War Games environment!

King: Well I know we're gonna expect some physicallity in the Austin/Cena match, but for me this one is gonna be a brutal, bloody affair, like every other War Games match that has happened over the years. And I for one, hope that Team Foley makes sure there's no more Eric Bischoff running RAW!

JR: I'm with you on that partner, but now, let's send it over to our SmackDown! colleagues Michael Cole & Tazz to run through the SmackDown! card for tonight and call the opening match!

Cole: Thank you very much guys, and Tazz, they were right RAW has brought the goods to the table, but I'd like to think SmackDown! has too!

Tazz: And you'd be right in thinking that Cole, I think our side even beats RAW's!

Cole: Well it's hard to disagree partner, as Batista & Bobby Lashley, two real power houses, will join forces to take on Booker T, Finlay & William Regal in a two on three Handicap tag match.

Tazz: It's power vs numbers Cole, and really, I can't pick a winner.

Cole: Also Matt Hardy finally gets his chance to have his shot at Muhammad Hassan with the US title on the line.

Tazz: Matt Hardy has been on a roll lately and Hassan will have his work cut out, and I hope that an American will end up the US champion when it's all set and done, because Matt Hardy deserves to be the champ.

Cole: Speaking of deserving to be champs, what about America's Most Wanted? In the past month they have had MNM's number in every way. First on their debut night, they beat MNM in an inpromptue tag match, but then have had MNM's underhanded tactics come into play just two night's ago as MNM stole a singles win for Nitro over James Storm, thanks to Melina and Joey Mercury!

Tazz: And tonight AMW have their chance with MNM, and the WWE Tag titles on the line! It will be a rocketbuster!

Cole: And Tazz, what about this one? Undertaker vs Goldberg?

Tazz: Well it doesn't get any bigger Cole quite frankly, Undertaker played mind games with Goldberg ever since Goldberg crushed Undertaker in that hearse against the wall at the Bash, and tonight, Undertaker made it known to Goldberg that he wants him, and Goldberg gladfully accepted!

Cole: And finally our main event, the World Heavyweight Championship is on the line in a Fatal 4 Way as Kurt Angle defends against Chris Jericho, Brock Lesnar and Atlanta's own Chris Benoit!

Tazz: That has classic written all over it Cole, and I'm sure Benoit will have most of the crowd behind him tonight, but I don't know if it's his night, I'd have to say Brock Lesnar is my man tonight Cole, I have a feeling!

Cole: Well I hope your feeling's wrong partner. I really do.

*Can You Dig It, Sucka?* hits to heat as Booker T makes his way out stage with Sharmell by his side. Booker doesn't look too happy that this match is going ahead, as he lets the pyro fly and heads to the ring

*UK Resistance* hits and the heat continues as Booker's hired guns Finlay & Regal make their way to the ring, Finlay has his shaleleigh in his hand, he taunts the crowd while Regal & Booker begin to talk

*The Real Deal* hits to a good pop as Bobby Lashley storms out on stage and extends his arms as the pyro shoots off to the sides of him and the crowd cheer. Lashley stands at ringside, looking straight at Regal & Finlay with a menacing grin

*I Walk Alone* hits and the crowd erupts with a big pop as Batista steps out from behind the curtain, he smiles as he taunts on stage, then slaps a few hands at ringside and joins Lashley on the apron

Match 1
2 vs 3 Handicap Tag Match
Batista & Bobby Lashley
vs
Booker T, Finlay & Regal

Lashley is set to start out, while Booker, Regal & Finlay are still arguing about who is going to start from their team.
Eventually Finlay says he'll start, and Booker & Regal step out to the apron as the bell is rung, and Lashley & Finlay lock up.

Finlay tries to get the better of Lashley, but Lashley doesn't budge. Lashley then shows his power and sends Finlay to the mat with a big push, getting a pop from the crowd, while Finlay looks cautiously at him from the corner. Finlay gets back to his feet and asks Lashley for a test of strength.
Lashley accepts, and Finlay raises his arm, which Lashley goes to meet, but Finlay quickly places a kick to the midsection of Lashley, then puts a headlock on him.
Lashley uses his strength to send Finlay into the ropes and Finlay returns looking for a shoulder block, and connects, but Lashley stands tall, and Finlay goes down!

The crowd erupts as Lashley hits Finlay with a big right hand, and another, backing him into the ropes. Lashley now whips Finlay across the ring and catches him and slams him to the mat hard!
Lashley follows Finlay, who crawls towards the corner, trying to escape but Lashley follows in, stomping on Finlay, who cannot get his hands up to defend himself. Lashley then pulls Finlay up and pulls him in with a Standing Clothesline! Lashley covers 1.....2..kickout by Finlay.
Lashley gets Finlay up and brings him over to the corner and holds him in place, as Lashley tags in Batista and the crowd comes alive with a huge pop.

Batista gets in and places a boot to the gut of Finlay, then Batista & Lashley whip Finlay to the ropes and power him up, before dropping him onto his chest with a Military Press Drop!
Finlay holds his stomach area and rolls to the outside, to recuperate as Regal & Booker join him at ringside, while the crowd give heat for the heels time wasting.
Finlay decides to get back on the apron, looking at Batista, who tells him to tag in Booker, but Booker wants no part of the Animal, and instead, Finlay tags in William Regal.
Regal paces himself, while Batista tells him to hurry up. Regal goes to tie up with Batista, then switches to the go behind, and tries to take Batista down, but Batista counters, cementing his feet to the mat, and then nailing an elbow to the head of Regal, who lets go of Batista, Batista then nails a right hand to Regal, knocking him down. Batista waits for Regal to get up, and scoops him up onto his shoulder, then walks around with Regal up on his shoulder, pointing to all four sections of the crowd to get big cheers from them, then turns to Booker's corner and gives him the thumb's down, before planting Regal to the mat with a big Powerslam! Batista covers 1.....2....shoulder up from Regal.

Batista brings Regal to his feet and sends him to the ropes, and lowers his head, as Regal comes back, Batista powers him up and over his shoulders with a back body drop!
Regal hits the mat after falling from the lights, and holds his lower back in pain.
Batista stays on Regal, taking him to the corner and unloading with some right hands to the midsection of Regal. The referee intervenes and tells Batista to break it up. Batista backs off, then comes back in only to be met by a poke to the eye from Regal! Batista staggers back, as Regal makes a tag to Finlay, and now the two trip Batista down from behind and Regal drops a knee to the head of Batista, while Finlay drops one down south, which looks awfully close to a low blow!
The crowd boos this and Lashley gets into the ring, only to have the ref hold him back, and Finlay uses this and puts his hands around the throat area of Batista, choking him.
Lashley gets back onto the apron and Finlay quickly breaks up the choke hold before the ref turns around.
Finlay now holds out his hand and Booker T has decided it's time to get involved! Booker comes in and nails a right hand, then a chop, then a right, and another chop, firing up on Batista. Booker then rebounds off the ropes, looking to hit a clothesline, but Batista sees it coming and flattens Booker with a huge clothesline of his own!

The crowd pops as Batista now tags in Lashley, who comes right after Booker T, not letting the 5 Time WCW Champion get any recovery time, as Lashley takes Booker down with a Sideslam. Lashley covers 1...kickout by Booker!
Lashley now brings Booker to his feet, but Booker breaks free of Lashley's grasp and raises a knee to the midsection of Lashley. Booker now pulls Lashley in and is able to load him up for a suplex. Booker now rebounds off the ropes and drops his trademark knee drop across the throat of Lashley. Cover 1...Lashley powers out! Booker stays ontop, stomping hard on the head of Lashley, then putting a sleeper hold on Lashley. Lashley doesn't even have his hand drop once before he begins to power out, hitting shots to the ribs of Booker, who releases the hold on Lashley. Lashley now whips Booker to the corner and comes charging in looking for a shoulder, but Booker evades it and Lashley's shoulder smacks right into the steel ringpost! The crowd "OOO's" as Lashley remains draped over the middle buckle, holding his shoulder and Booker sees the opportunity and rolls up Lashley

Lashley kicks out.
Booker wastes no time, taking Lashley's arm and slamming it over the ropes, then again, and again for a third time, starting to work on the left shoulder which just cracked into the ringpost.
Booker now wrenches Lashley by the arm and tags in Regal with his free hand, before nailing a perfectly placed hook kick to the jaw of Lashley, and Regal comes off the middle rope, while Booker holds out Lashley's left arm, dropping a fist to the left shoulder area of Lashley!
Regal covers 1.....2....kickout from Lashley.
We see a shot of Batista looking on, calling for his partner to get up, while Regal puts the boots to Lashley's left shoulder area.
Regal now lays the arm out on the mat and drives an elbow drop to it, before getting back up and repeating the process, as Lashley winces in pain.
Regal now tags in Finlay, as Finlay scoops up Lashley and plants him down with a Shoulder breaker!
Lashley rolls around holding his left shoulder, while Batista looks on, looking worried.

Finlay continues the savage attack on the shoulder, with a falling headbutt to it.
Finlay now turns Lashley onto his chest and pulls the left arm back, putting in a modified armbar.
Finlay has the hold locked in, and Lashley tries to reach out with his right arm and grab the ropes, but he cannot reach them. Lashley then yells out in pain as Finlay leans back, increasing the torque on the move, which can be seen through the painful expression on Lashley's face.
Finlay tells Lashley to tap out, but this only seems to spur the Real Deal on, as with his right hand, he powers up into a push up position, with Finlay sitting on top of him with the armbar still locked on.
Finlay seems surprised in the power of Lashley, and releases the hold and clubs Lashley across the back of the head multiple times, making sure Lashley doesn't regain his vertical base.
Finlay tries to go for Lashley now, but Lashley throws a right hand, connecting with Finlay, who staggers back holding his cheek, and comes at Bobby Lashley again to recieve the same punishment as before. Lashley begins to get back to his feet and Finlay quickly sees this, running and grabbing the left arm, before dropping it to the mat with a DDT to the left arm!

Lashley looks hurt as Finlay tags Booker back into the matchup. Booker tells Finlay to expose Lashley's midsection. Finlay wrestles Lashley to his feet and does this as Booker comes in, but Lashley gets a boot to the face of Booker up, then, using literally one hand, hip tosses Finlay over his shoulders to the mat! Regal hops into the ring, and he and Finlay run at Lashley, but Lashley connects with a double clothesline, taking them both down! Lashley gets back to his feet and takes a shot at Booker, but Booker T ducks it and loads Lashley up, planting him to the mat with the Book End! Booker covers and hooks a leg

Batista breaks it up!
Booker is annoyed with Batista and gets up, pushing the Animal, who responds in kind, and pushes Booker back, and Booker falls to the mat, shocked at the brute strength of Batista.
Booker now turns his attention to Lashley, who is struggling back to his feet, Booker rebounds off the ropes, ready to drop the Scissors Kick, but Lashley moves back at the last second, and Booker kicks mid air! Booker T then turns into a huge clothesline from Lashley, almost taking his head off!
The crowd erupts now, sensing that Lashley has a chance to tag out after taking some abuse.
Lashley gets back to one knee, and then up, but Regal & Finlay mob him and try to double suplex him, only for Lashley to counter it and suplex both men down instead!
Lashley starts crawling towards Batista's outstretched hand, when Booker T sees this and runs over and knocks Batista off the apron to the floor! The crowd boos, and Batista gets into the ring looking to come after Booker T, but the ref stops him and tells him to get back on the apron, as Booker nails a jumping arm breaker to Lashley, grounding him again and working on his injured shoulder.

The crowd begins a *Let's Go Lashley* chant, trying to rally Bobby Lashley to a comeback.
Booker T now begins climbing the turnbuckle, ascending into unusual territory for Booker T. Booker then makes a motion for the Houston Hangover and leaps off, looking to connect, but Lashley moves, and Booker hits the canvas hard!
Lashley now gets to his feet and ducks a clothesline attempt from Regal, leaps across and TAGS IN BATISTA!

The crowd goes wild as Batista comes into the match, knocking Regal off his feet with a right hand, then one to Finlay. Batista sends Regal to the ropes and connects with a huge clothesline, turning Regal inside out!

All of a sudden, Sharmell jumps up on the apron and starts distracting the referee, as Finlay slides back into the ring with the Shaleleigh in hand!
Batista has Regal, ready to load him up for the Batista Bomb, and Finlay goes to club Batista on the back, but Lashley Spears Finlay down just in time! The crowd pops, and now Batista drills Regal to the mat with a huge Batista Bomb! Batista covers

Winners - Batista & Bobby Lashley

The crowd erupts as Batista gets to his feet and helps up Lashley, the two powerhouses stand tall and have their hands raised, while Booker T & Sharmell are already making their way up the ramp, with Finlay helping Regal up after them, Booker looks pissed off with losing the match after they controlled the most part. Batista & Lashley hug in the ring and play to the crowd some more

Cole: What a way to kick off Summerslam Tazz! Batista & Lashley are victorious in an entertaining handicap tag matchup!

Tazz: I'll tell you what Cole, I had a gut feeling these guys could do it, I wasn't sure, but it was down there, and they've done it and what a way to do it, Lashley saved Batista from possibly being hit with the match winner in Finlay's Shaleleigh!

Cole: Very true Tazz, even with the number's advantage in the ring and Sharmell at ringside, Booker T and his cronies couldn't pick up the win.

We go backstage now and see Steve Romero standing by

Romero: I am here now, with the man who later tonight will take on Muhammad Hassan for the United States Championship, Matt Hardy!

Crowd cheers loudly as Matt Hardy steps into the picture

Romero: Matt, what do you have to say ahead of your big match?

Matt: Steve, I think it's pretty obvious I'm not in a good mood. I mean, not only does Muhammad Hassan have the nerve to assault me, but he goes as far as to hospitalize my brother Jeff on Friday night!

Romero: But Jeff made a recovery and was involved in a win tonight on HEAT.

Matt: So? The fact remains that Hassan and his lapdog Davairi, who we can understand about as well as a dog's bark with the crap he talks every time he gets on the mic, put Jeff in hospital, they assault me, they talk trash about America, Hassan has just been building up the stage for a big beating, that I'm gonna dish out later on, and Muhammad Hassan, you will find out that Matt Hardy......WILL...NOT...DIE!

Hardy taunts and walks off to a big pop

JR: Matt Hardy with some harsh words there ahead of his US title matchup later tonight. But folks, it's time for RAW's first match of the evening, the Hardcore title will be on the line as Raven defends against Rhino in a Bar Room Brawl!

King: I can't wait for this JR, I loved it when these two went at it at Backlash 2001, and hopefully this is even better!

We see Rhino walking down the hall, getting a huge pop from the crowd. Rhino stops as he sees a door labelled "Bar" and opens it, to see a referee waiting inside, leaning against one of the pool tables. Rhino steps into the room, and all of a sudden, the door slams shut and Raven jumps Rhino from behind with a kendo stick, cracking it across the back of Rhino, and the ref calls for the match to start

Raven shakes it as it stops spraying, but then drops it and takes Rhino by the head and Irish whips Rhino into the "Men's Room" door, which swings open as Rhino hits it.
Raven follows Rhino in, opening a cubicle door, then taking a blinded Rhino and dipping his head into the toilet water! The crowd let's out a moan of grotesque in the background, as Rhino in desperation uses his head as a bobbing weapon, knocking back repeatedly into the face of Raven, who let's go to reveal a busted nose thanks tp Rhino.

Rhino gags and sputter's on the wash he's just recieved, and then wipes his face, trying to get rid of the whitening from the extinguisher fluid.
Raven comes at Rhino but Rhino meets him with a left hand, then let's out a cry as he throws Raven head first into a mirror by the sinks, which shatters as Raven's skull connects with it, with glass shards falling everywhere around Raven as he slumps onto the sink. NEW United States Champion

The crowd erupts as *Live for the Moment* hits and Matt Hardy is handed the US title by Nick Patrick. Hardy holds it tight, then climbs the turnbuckle and plays to the fans with it. Jeff Hardy makes his way back to ringside and gets into the ring, as the two Hardy Boyz hug in the middle of the ring

Cole: Matt Hardy has done it! Matt Hardy is the new United States Champion!

Tazz: I gotta say Cole, I don't normally agree with you, but I am with you on this one, a great win for Hardy tonight, even if he had his brother to thank to some extent.

Cole: Well Tazz, if Jeff hadn't of showed up before and taken that chair from the ring, Hassan would've cheated his way to another victory, but the odds were evened up, and Hassan was beaten! And Matt Hardy deserves to be the champion after that performance, Hassan was in control and just lost out when things didn't go his way.

We go backstage now and Todd Grisham is standing by

Grisham: I am here with the World Tag Team Champions, Lance Cade & Mark Jindrak. Guys, in just a few moments, you are going to take on the New Age Outlaws in a rematch from Bad Blood, but unlike back then, this time, all outside parties, Test included, are banned from ringside.

Cade: So? Why, do you think we need Test to beat these two has beens? Let me tell you something Todd, this is why we don't do interviews too often, because we are always criticized for our weaknesses, and never praised for our strengths! We wrestle better, and we damn sure look better than the New Age Outlaws, and we're half their age and they still don't seem to get that they can't beat us! Look what happened at Saturday Night's Main Event, I beat Billy Gunn with his own move, the Fame Asser!

Grisham: But you lost your 8 man tag match on RAW six days ago, it was you who got pinned.

Cade: Point being? Did Road Dogg pin me? No. Did Billy Gunn pin me? No. So, I don't see why that is supposed to make me feel worried or even angry. It's simple Todd, we go out there, make some random girls go nuts for our looks, beat a couple of wash ups, and go out partying, because this is the sequel to the loss the Outlaws had at Bad Blood, but it's gonna be even more embarassing!

Jindrak now takes the mic

Jindrak: Everyone had better take notice, you just don't get the better of the Reflections of Perfection! Ever!

Cade & Jindrak walk off as Grisham sends it back to ringside

JR: Well our Tag champions seem very confident, considering they're about to go up against perhaps the greatest Tag Team we've seen in the WWE.

King: They have every right to be JR, you heard Mark Jindrak, no one gets the better of the Reflections of Perfection!

JR: We'll see about that King...

*O You Didn't Know?* hits to a huge ovation from the fans as Road Dogg makes his way out with a mic in hand, making an X with his arms and holding it up high, Billy follows him out with a water bottle, he spits water up in the air as he does a few crotch chops. The duo get into the ring

Road Dogg: Cut the music!

The music dies down

Road Dogg: Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages, D-Generation X proudly brings to you it's soon to be Tag Team Champions of the Worlddd, the Road Dogg Jesse James, the Badass Billy Gunn, the New...Age...Outlaws!

The crowd erupts as Road Dogg hands the mic to Billy

Billy: And if you ain't down with that, we got two words for ya....!

Tazz: No they didn't Cole, America's Most Wanted fully deserve their win tonight, although I'm dissapointed in my boys MNM, I thought they would've had this one covered.

Cole: It was not to be MNM's night, and Melina even copped some of her own medicine!

We go backstage and see Shawn Michaels sitting in his locker room, lost deep in thought, getting unbelievable heat from the fans, then there is a knock on the door, and HBK doesn't respond, and the door is opened by Vince McMahon! More heat is heard as Vince steps into the room

Vince: Hello Shawn.

HBK looks up at McMahon, not pleased that Vince is in his presence, but doesn't respond, and just stares at him again like he's lost in a trance

Vince: Look, I've been very lenient with you lately, I didn't talk to you for the last two weeks, since Saturday Night's Main Event. What you did, was once again, a mixed bag. Now, you realize that you have to win tonight. You have to beat Triple H! You MUST! I cannot stand that arrogant prick walking around like he's king shit every week!

HBK: That's your problem, not mine. Mine is taking the title off Hunter.

Vince: That's good, but Shawn, if you don't win then I....

HBK: What? What will you do Vince? Will you make me kiss your ass?

Vince: Shawn, if I don't witness the result I am looking for, then I may have to reconsider your status in this company...

HBK: Are you threatening to fire me you egotistical bastard? Over this, because you don't have the melons to go after Hunter yourself, you expect me to put the hurt on him for you?

Vince: That's exactly what I expect.

HBK: O I'm gonna put the hurt on Triple H, but don't think for a second, a single wristlock I put on him is meant as a message from you.

Vince gets angry now, realizing HBK isn't listening to his demands, placing his hand firmly on HBK's shoulder

Vince: Listen here you self indulgent...

Shawn looks down at Vince's hand that is placed on his shoulder

HBK: Take your hand off me...

Vince slowly takes his hand away

Vince: Your livelihood is riding on this match Shawn, don't dissapoint me.

Vince walks off, slamming the door behind him, while HBK punches the wall, pissed off with what just went down

JR: Shawn Michaels has shown no favourites as of late in this feud between DX and the Corporation, but it seems if he doesn't produce the goods tonight, it may be the end of HBK!

King: Something has snapped inside both men lately, and I'm surprised they didn't come to blows back there...

JR: Well folks, it's business time, as we wind down into the "Main Event" scene of tonight's card, and we are about to witness what should be a fight to end all fights, as Stone Cold Steve Austin and John Cena will go one on one!

King: I can't wait JR! Cena's gonna show Austin how it's done these days.

JR: I hope not. Folks, take a look at how this big one came together...

Winner via KO - John Cena

The crowd gives major heat as *My Time* hits and Chad Patton raises John Cena's hand, and Cena rolls off an out cold and bloodied Austin and gets up, looking exhausted after one helluva fight. Cena smiles and raises his hands to large heat from the fans, he then looks at Austin and tilts his head as if to say "Good fight" and then hops out of the ring as a couple more referees and a medical official run to the ring to check on Austin, who isn't moving still, and blood is still seeping from his skull, onto the ring mat

Two referees help Austin up, with Stone Cold barely moving at all and help him to the outside where the medical official places Austin over his shoulder and helps him up the ramp, with the 60000 strong giving Austin a tremendous ovation, everyone standing and clapping his performance tonight in a losing effort. *Glass Shatters* hits, bringing a huge pop out of the crowd as Austin musters the strength to raise the birds up on each finger to the crowd, saluting them to a loud ovation again

JR: John Cena has just won an absolute slobberknocker! What an effort from Stone Cold, he wasn't in as good condition as Cena, but he still came here looking for a fight, and boy did he give and get one! Cena has just proven to us all what a low down, no good, cheating SOB he's become, but also, showed unknown toughness and ruthlesness!

King: JR sit down, Austin's gone backstage now, you don't need to keep clapping for the loser! Now praise the winner!

JR: Folks, what a fight. 20 minutes of pure hell for those two men, has ended the wrong way really, Cena had to result to low blows and a steel chain to get one over the Rattlesnake, but in the end, a wins a win, and that was as big as wins gets!

King: I'll take your hat off to Austin JR, he didn't tap out after being in the STFU for over a minute, he didn't get pinned. In the end, he just went out, most likely due to the massive blood loss and the beating he took in the match along with the time he was in the STFU.

JR: I'll remember this fight for a long time!

Backstage now and Chris Benoit is warming up, the Georgian resident gets a HUGE pop from the fans when they see him, when Kurt Angle walks in to a pretty good pop also, and Benoit stops when he sees Angle

Benoit: Kurt.

Angle: Chris.

Benoit: What's up?

Angle: Look Chris, I just wanted you to know, tonight out there in that ring, that I'm gonna put it all on the line to keep this...

Angle taps the WHC which is slung over his shoulder

Benoit: I wouldn't expect anything less of you Kurt. You know that.

Angle: And although we are good friends and all that, out there, I won't play any favourites.

Benoit: Neither will I Kurt, I've been itching for another chance to get that belt back, and now that I have it, I intend to take it.

Angle: Is that so?

Benoit: Yeah.

Angle: Well then, may the best man win.

Angle extends his hand, and Benoit smiles his toothy grin and shakes Angle's hand to a big pop from the crowd and Angle leaves the area as Benoit nods his head and we cut back to ringside

Cole: Kurt Angle & Chris Benoit may be good friends, but out there later in the Fatal-4-Way match to decide the World Heavyweight Champion, both men just made it clear that they will put that friendship on hold!

Tazz: Angle, Benoit, Jericho & Lesnar all in one match, it's a dream match Cole!

Cole: And it's on later tonight, in SmackDown!'s main event! But it's time, for the return of the Deadman! This is gonna be a major fight, much like the Austin/Cena match before, but this could get even more out of hand, as Undertaker returns after being out of action for almost two months, to face the man who took him out, Bill Goldberg, who has been on a mission to prove he's still the most dominant man around in the business. Take a look at how this one came together...

Video Package for Undertaker/Goldberg Match

- Goldberg is beaten by Mr. Kennedy at the Great American Bash and is livid that he lost a match he dominated. Goldberg was then criticized for not being the man he once was, but then later on showed up to help Booker T defeat the Undertaker in a casket match, bu assautling Undertaker. After the match, Goldberg loads the casket into the hearse backstage and then drives a rig into it, sending the hearse with Taker locked inside it into the wall, as it crushes up in between the wall and the front of the rig

- Goldberg claims to have killed the legend of the Undertaker and we would not see him again in the WWE

- Goldberg demolishes a jobber, but then the lights go out as he's about to assault him with a chair, and a single blue light shines down on Goldberg, who seems taken aback

- Again Goldberg is picking apart a jobber when an eery video of Goldberg's career highlights are shown as smoke builds up around the ring and the *GONG* repeatedly plays, and then out of no where the young kid is able to roll up Goldberg for a shock win, with Goldberg beside himself with these mind games

- Goldberg comes out at SNME, calling out Undertaker, claiming that he'll destroy him again if he shows up, and after some more mind games, a figure appears in the ring which Goldberg mistakes as Taker and Spears him, but it's only a look alike, as a message on the titantron appears saying "See You at Summerslam"

- Goldberg seems to be losing it as Heyman approaches him with a contract for a match with Taker at Summerslam, and when Goldber sees that Taker's signature is already on it, he almost beats Heyman into telling him where Taker is, but Heyman says he doesn't have a clue and the contract was on Heyman's desk when he arrived for work that morning

- More mind games as Goldberg beats Orlando Jordan comprehensively, but then pyro ignites from the turnbuckles and the lights turn blue with a *GONG* playing

We return as *Drum March* begins to loud heat and a few scattered cheers, and we cut backstage to see an agent knocking on Goldberg's door, telling him it's time. Goldberg steps out looking psyched and ready, and heads up the steps and out onto the stage, standing behind the jetting pyro, then stepping through punching and kicking the air as the pyro explodes out and Goldberg rolls into the ring, pulling on the ropes, warming himself up

*Graveyard Symphony* hits to a loud pop as the lights go out, levaing the arena completely in darkness! The lights now start to flicker for a moment, and come back on, and referee Jimmy Korderas is out cold in the middle of the ring! NO REF!

Undertaker sees that Korderas is out cold, and lets go of his pin on Goldberg and walks over to the ref, trying to revive him, but Korderas is gonzo.
Undertaker puts his hands on his hips and swats the hair that is hanging down in his face, annoyed that he had the match won.
Taker now turns back to Goldberg, who has crawled towards the ropes and Taker sees this and grabs Goldberg on the leg and lifts him up, then drops him face first onto the mat.
Goldberg is sprawled out now, layed underneath the ropes with his head hanging over the apron.
Taker hops out through the ropes to the apron, then runs across and drops a leg guillotine across the throat area of Goldberg in typical Taker fashion, as Goldberg flops out to the floor.

Taker notices the steel steps from earlier, dislodged on the floor, and a brief smile appears on his face, then Taker heads over to them and picks them up, struggling with them due to his rib injuries.
Taker rounds the corner with the steps raised high to do damage, but Goldberg has picked up the steel chair from earlier and uses it to smash the steps back into Taker, who falls down and the steel steps land ontop of him!
Goldberg now snaps and goes crazy, with chair shot after chair shot onto the steps, which squash into Taker's already damaged rib area! Goldberg does it 10 times before he stops it and throws the chair down.

Goldberg comes at Taker who nails a right hand to him, and Goldberg staggers away with Taker in hot pursuit.

Taker now brings Goldberg back up and brings him over to the entrance ramp, where Goldberg elbows out of Taker's grasp and tries to Jackhammer the Phenom on the floor, but Taker counters it into the Dragon Sleeper!
Goldberg quickly gets out of it however, striking Taker on the face with a shot, then tackles Taker against the barricade, which doesn't break this time.

Goldberg hits a shot to Taker who returns it with a boot to the gut and a headbutt.
Undertaker now grabs Goldberg by the head and takes him towards the back of the stage and SENDS GOLDBERG THROUGH THE STAGE SET!
The crowd lets out a loud "OOOO" as Goldberg crashes through the Summerslam set and is down, below at the backstage area, as Taker rolls his eyes into the back of his head and does his cut throat taunt, as we see another shot of Goldberg, covered in rubble and not moving below.

However, Jimmy Korderas has recovered from the Spear he recieved and sees Undertaker standing up on the stage and begins his 10 count

Winner - Draw (Double Countout)

The crowd gives heat as a result of no winner as Taker doesn't seem to bothered, he gets into the ring, scaring Korderas off, and drops to his knee, and as the lights turn blue, he rolls back his eyes and extends his hand out, and flickers his tongue out as *Graveyard Symphony* hits to a big pop and Undertaker gets up and raises his right arm to the fans, reminiscent of his American Badass days, and hops out of the ring rubbing his ribs, which will need some medical attention, as we see medical staff attending to Goldberg and loading him up onto a stretcher

Cole: What a match Tazz! Physicallity taking to an all new level, and we didn't even get a result as both men literally tore each other apart! Goldberg is off to hospital, and I won't be surprised if Undertaker doesn't join him by the look of those rib injuries he suffered!

Tazz: Cole what did I say? That was a rocketbuster! I can't believe the Deadman is still walking after that Spear through the barricade! But somehow, he is, and he won the match.

Cole: Undertaker was beaten badly too, but he by far controlled most of this match, Goldberg just had no answer with his usually devistating power game tonight.

Tazz: Props to both men, I don't recall seeing either take as much punishment as they both did here tonight.

Cole: Neither do I Tazz, this was always going to be nasty, and with referee Jimmy Korderas out for half of the match, it just got even worse...

Again the shoulders of HHH come up, earlier than the first time, as HHH now tries to hit a right hand to Michaels, but HBK leans back, avoiding the punch and increasing the torque on the Figure 4 lock, as HHH yells out again in pain, and he raises his hand up, ready to tap, but the fans begin to get behind HHH again, with a huge *Triple H* chant and alot of clapping, whistling and feet stomping, to make a big noise, which HHH seems to feed off as he now once again tries to turn the move over, and actually starts to make it happen, as HBK shakes his head, not wanting it to happen, and trying to keep the pain on HHH, but The Game seems to have a second wind and starts using his power advantage over HBK and turning the move, which the crowd pops, and HHH keeps it turning, and turns the Figure 4 over, with the pressure now on HBK!

The crowd erupts as HBK is now the one in pain, and HBK's eyes widen and he yells out, and reaches for the ropes, flaying his arms wildly, as HHH tries to put as much into the hold although he too is hurting, and Michaels finally manages to grab the ropes to break the move to dissapointment from the crowd.
Mike Chioda breaks the men apart, as both Triple H and Shawn Michaels are down.

Chioda checks both men and begins to utilize his ten count.

1.....2.....3.....4...Michaels starts moving around..5.....6..HHH also shows signs of movement...7......8...HBK begins getting to his feet..9....HHH uses the ropes to pull himself up, breaking the count

Both men head for each other and HBK scores with a right hand, which HHH responds with one of his own. HBK hits a chop, trying to stay in control, but HHH comes back with a right hand, as he holds his left quad with his left hand, and HBK sends HHH to the ropes, as HHH hobbles gingerly to them and returns, but HBK lowers his head early, and HHH nails the Facebuster! But this however, hurts HHH's left quad, and HBK stumbles towards HHH who is on one knee, but as HBK comes to him, HHH powers him up and slams him down with an AA Spinebuster!
The crowd pops, but HHH is down too.
HHH recovers after a moment, and covers HBK

HHH rolls off Michaels, and tries to get some feeling back into his left quadricept, as he rubs it.
HHH now gets up, still favouring the leg and pulls Michaels up and sends him to the ropes, trying to hit the Harley Race High Knee, but HHH's leg gives under him and he buckles to the mat onto his knee, and then gets up, and as he gets back up, HBK launches a Sweet Chin Music at him, but HHH blocks it, spins HBK around, then boots him into the midsection, hooks the arms up and plants Michaels to the mat with a Pedigree!
The crowd erupts as HHH holds his quad, rolling in agony, before muscling up and covering Michaels

THE COUNT STOPS!

The crowd boos as Mike Chioda is dragged out of the ring by Vince McMahon! McMahon hits Chioda with a right hand, knocking him down, and Vince is wearing a referee's shirt!

Vince gets into the ring and HHH wonders why the count has stopped and gets up, looking right at Vince, and immediately glaring at him with pure hatred, as Vince yells at The Game that he's the ref now, and what he says goes.
HHH walks over to McMahon, as Vince tries talking out of it to HHH, telling him he's refereeing the match now, and HHH puts his arms on McMahon's shoulders, looking ready to snap, when Vince shoves HHH back, and Triple H walks right into a big left hook from Mark Jindrak!
HHH stumbles around, dazily after the shot, right into a Big Boot from Test, who comes off the ropes and nearly takes HHH's head off!

The camera now spins to the top rope where Lance Cade comes off with a Flying Elbow Drop, driving it right onto the stomach of HHH!

The crowd gives massive heat as Vince now instructs Cade & Jindrak, who drag HBK over HHH's body and place him there, as Vince smiles and makes the count

Vince looks ready to explode with the hatred look in his eyes as looks down at HHH's body.
Test has gone to the outside to grab a chair, while a huge *Bullshit* chant is beginning, the fans not happy at all.
Test slides the chair into the ring and begins to follow in, while Cade & Jindrak hold up HHH, when

*BREAK IT DOWN* hits and the crowd comes alive as X-Pac, Road Dogg & Billy Gunn run to the ring, and get into the ring, with Road Dogg taking Jindrak down, likewise Billy with Cade, and X-Pac baseball slides the steel chair back into the face of Test!

The New Age Outlaws & Cade/Jindrak are now brawling out through the crowd, as X-Pac nails a Spinning Crescent Kick, sending Test over the barricade into the crowd also.

Back in the ring, Vince is cursing DX, and Shawn Michaels has gotten up in the ring, looks around and sees Vince standing there.
HBK stands almost motionless, looking at Vince with a stern look of anger in his eyes.
Vince turns around, and his jaw drops as Michaels stands there, looking right at him.
Vince points to the referee shirt he has on, telling Michaels to finish off HHH.
Michaels looks ready to hit McMahon, but then goes to turn to Triple H! HBK turns, but then TURNS BACK AND HITS VINCE WITH SWEET CHIN MUSIC! The crowd loves it, despite Michaels being a heel, as Vince is hit right on the jaw, and he stumbles back, out through the ropes to the floor!

Mike Chioda has recovered and is getting back into the ring, as HBK now starts to tune up the band, with the fans back to booing him, urging HHH up, and The Game gets to his feet, and Michaels comes in with Sweet Chin Music, and HHH DUCKS UNDER IT!
Michaels then turns back and is kicked in the gut, and HHH scores with another Pedigree!
HHH hooks the leg as Chioda makes a slowish count

Winner - Triple H
Retains WWE Championship

The crowd erupts as Chioda's hand comes down for the 3 count and he signals for the bell. Chioda hands Triple H the belt, and The Game is on his knees in the middle of the ring, exhausted, holding his title tightly after one hell of a match, and DX rejoin Hunter in the ring, with the Outlaws loading HHH up on their shoulders and parading him around the ring, while X-Pac makes a face at Vince McMahon, who now has realized what has happened to his master plan, and looks on the verge of crying, as HBK heads up the ramp, passing McMahon, but Vince glares at him the whole time, as Vince and his Corporation head up the ramp, and DX continue to celebrate with their leader Triple H in the ring

JR: Triple H has retained! And I have to give it up to Michaels, who almost had it won on multiple occassions, and also for getting rid of the unfair advantage in the match. He told Vince he wanted to do this one on one, and needed no help, and until Vince and the Corporation showed up, HBK was in the driver's seat!

King: Once again HHH defies the odds, and DX get one back over the Corporation after the Outlaws' loss earlier tonight.

JR: The real story here is what happens now in this triangle of hatred?

King: Who knows JR, but you can be sure big things will go down on RAW!

Backstage now and The Coach is in the halls, jogging, and he enters a room and locks the door behind him, and leans against it with his eyes closed, breathing heavily, clutching the Hardcore title in both hands. Coach now opens his eyes and jumps, letting out a loud cry, like a little girl, as he is face to face with Goldust! Goldust gets a small pop from the fans, as he breathes in, and Coach fiddles with the door handle, opening the door, and shutting it on Goldust, who exhales into it, wondering where Coach went

The camera cuts back to Coach who is running down the halls, he stops in front of a large stack of cardboard boxes, thinking of what do do next, and looks ahead as his eyes widen, and Coach dives to the side just in time as Raven and a referee come speeding in on a transport buggy, crashing into the boxes. Coach looks at Raven who is struggling to get all of the boxes off him and then picks up his Hardcore title and runs through a double door set into the parking lot, and sees a taxi waiting. Coach looks up at the roof

Coach: Thank you God!

Coach jogs over to the driver, who is leaning into the cab

Driver: Where too?

Coach: Anywhere away from this lunatic assylum!

Coach makes his way towards the passenger door, and the driver pokes his head back out to reveal himself as Hardcore Holly!

The crowd erupts as Holly has a cashbox in his hand, and he clocks Coach over the back of the head with it, and then whistles, as a referee appears and Holly covers Coach 1.....2.....3

New Hardcore Champion - Hardcore Holly

Holly now hops into the cab, and the referee jumps into the driver's seat and starts the taxi up, as Rhino bursts through the doors, and Holly yells at the driver to go, and shuts his door, and the taxi speeds off with Rhino giving chase for a bit until it is out of view, and Rhino puts his hands on his hips, and then kicks a pillar in frustration as we go back to ringside

Cole: I don't believe it! Hardcore Holly is now the Hardcore Champion, for the second time tonight, and he just left the building with it, I think that means that SmackDown! just got another championship!

Tazz: This has been an unbelievable night Cole, and the Hardcore title has changed hands every half hour or so tonight, it's been crazy!

Cole: And folks, talking about crazy, it's time for SmackDown!'s main event, the World Heavyweight Championship will be decided in a Fatal 4 Way match as our champion Kurt Angle defends against Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho & Brock Lesnar! Let's take a look at how this one came into being...

Christian now chokes Sting in the corner, taking the breath out of Sting, who tries to free himself from the choke hold and use his hands to push Christian's away, but Christian leans forward, applying more pressure on the choke.
The referee gets in between the two and tells Christian to cut it out but Christian blows the ref off to a pop from the crowd and shoves him away with a palm to the face.
Christian looks at the ref who backs off, and then Captain Charisma turns back to Sting, but Sting comes off the top rope with a bionic elbow to the head of Christian! Sting covers

Sting walks back over to Christian and waits for him to get up, before placing the trash can down over his head!
The crowd cheers as Christian wonders around the ring, and Sting picks up the kendo stick pieces from earlier and starts playing he drums against the trash can, with Christian jumping around after each shot.
Sting now hits out behind both kneecaps of Christian who drops to his knees, and Sting now leans back and nails a big shot with the sticks right into the front of the trash can, denting it again as Christian goes down and Sting looks to make a cover, but a rejuvinated Shelton Benjamin rolls Sting up from behind!

KICKOUT!

Sting just gets out of it!
Shelton thinks he has Sting eliminated until the referee shows him the two fingers.
Shelton winces in dissapointment and gets up, thinking of what to do.
Shelton gets Sting up and sends Sting to the ropes and meets him on the return with a raised calf kick.
Shelton now helps his partner Christian up, making sure he's alright and Christian nods as Christian goes over to a bloodied Rock and hits a right hand, wearing down the Brahma Bull, who is still handcuffed to the ringpost, only just recovering from the previous beating he took as Christian starts laying into him with right hands.

Meanwhile Shelton runs to the ropes and leaps onto the cage wall and begins to climb it.
Shelton now turns, with his back to the cage mesh, and hops down onto the ropes, and SPRINGS ONTO STING WITH A FLIPPING SPLASH!
The crowd busts a nut for the move and despite being a heel a *Shelton* chant starts.

Shelton now crouches down, setting Sting up for the T-Bone Suplex.
Sting begins to stir and uses his hands to push himself up, and Sting turns to Shelton who gets Sting in position and goes for it, but Sting hits an elbow to the side of Shelton's head, breaking free!
Sting now takes Shelton down with a clothesline, before hitting Christian with one also.
Sting now hits a Manhattan Drop to Shelton, then likewise one to Christian as the two men hold their groins and Sting rebounds off the ropes taking both men down with a double clothesline!

Sting is rolling now and he gets the crowd going as he pumps his hands in the air.
Sting now lets out a "Coo-Hee" to a big pop from the fans before getting Shelton up and signalling for the Scorpion Deathdrop, but Shelton spins out of it and pushes Sting away, into Christian who grabs Sting and hits the painful looking Inverted Facelock Backbreaker!
Sting seems done now, holding his back in pain as Christian stomps on his face and Shelton is about to go for a cover, but Christian stops him, shaking his head and says "Finish him for good".
Christian then whispers into Shelton's ear, and Benjamin nods and picks up the steel chair, then ascends the top turnbuckle, steel chair in hand.
Christian makes a cut throat signal to finish Sting off, and SHELTON LEAPS OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH THE CHAIR, DRIVING IT INTO STING'S FACE WITH AN ARABIAN FACEBUSTER!

The crowd erupts again for the spot as a *Holy Shit* chant begins and Shelton rolls around holding his leg while the opportunistic Christian covers Sting

Eliminated @ 33:03 - Sting

Bischoff clenches his fists on the outside and starts to crack a huge smile, as Christian rolls Sting towards the door, and notices the chain and padlock that Monty Brown ripped off the door earlier.
Christian picks it up and wraps it around his fist, then turns to The Rock, who is still in the corner, a bloody mess.
Christian points to The Rock with a huge grin on his face, almost licking his lips at his prey.
Christian cockily walks over to The Rock and pulls back, ready to smack The Rock with a lethal blow, but The Rock stands up and the handcuffs snap!

The crowd goes ballistic and Christian freezes in mid motion, he doesn't have time to react as Rock hits a right hand to him, and then begins unloading the right hands to Christian, laying the smack down.

Rock now waits for Christian to get back up and he plants Christian in the center of the ring with the People's Spinebuster!

Rock rebounds off the ropes AND HAS HIS TAKEN OFF BY A BIG BOOT FROM TYSON TOMKO!

The crowd's loud cheers turns into heat as Tomko plows right through The Rock with a big boot.
Tomko now pulls The Rock to his feet and holds Rock up, while Shelton Benjamin grabs a steel chair and swings it at The Rock, but Rock drops out of the way at the last moment, and Shelton creams Tomko with the chair instead!
Tomko hits the mat like a sack of potatoes as Shelton drops the chair, shocked that Rock avoided the shot.
Christian has now gotten back to his feet, and has seen what Shelton did, and pushes him as Shelton tries to explain what happened, and Christian looks away, then KICKS SHELTON IN THE GUT, GRABS SHELTON AND PLANTS HIM WITH AN UNPRETTIER!
The crowd loves it as Christian lets Shelton have an earful, but The Rock comes from behind and launches Christian into the cage face first, then covers Shelton

Eliminated @ 35:48 - Shelton Benjamin

Eric Bischoff stands there with a look of pure shock on his face, not quite believing what Christian just did.
Inside the ring The Rock rolls off Shelton who is rolled out of the ring by the referee and pulls himself up using the ropes, as he walks around groggily, while Christian, who is also bleeding now, gets back up and the two men left in this match stand in the ring, looking at each other, sweat and blood pouring down their faces with the crowd keeping a booming *Rocky* chant alive as Rock & Christian stare at each other, knowing this is it.
Both men go for each other at the same time and Rock is quicker with the right hand, nailing Christian with one, Christian tries to hit one back, but Rock blocks it and hits Christian with another one as Captain Charisma staggers away into the corner, suckering Rock in where he kicks Rock in the midsection and then grinds Rock's head along the top rope to some heat from the fans.

Christian now attends to the turnbuckle, loosening the cover off the top buckle and throwing it into the other ring.
Christian pulls Rock up and goes to mash Rock's head into it, but Rock puts his foot out onto the middle buckle to stop it, and then fires a shot to the ribs of Christian who lets go of the People's Champion.
Rock now sends Christian to the ropes and goes for a clothesline but Christian ducks under it, then grabs The Rock and flattens him with a Falling Reverse DDT!

Kickout

Rock kicks out!
Christian holds 3 fingers up at the ref, and shakes his head as the ref tells him it was a 2 count.
Christian gets up, wiping the blooed off his forehead and he walks over to the steel chair, picking it up, and walking back over, placing it on the mat right next to The Rock.
Christian brings the Brahma Bull up and gets The Rock ready for an Unprettier onto the chair, but Rock counters it and sends Christian into the ropes and meets him on the way back with another Spinebuster!
Rock gets to his feet and is rushed by Tomko, but Rock counters and uses Tomko's momentum to send him into the exposed turnbuckle!
Tomko hits it hard and staggers out into a Rock Bottom!

Rock now stands at the head of Christian and kicks his shoulder, with the crowd realising he's going for the People's Elbow again, and this time Rock nails the PEOPLE'S ELBOW!
The cheers however turn to jeers as a bunch of lower card heels rush down the ramp at the direction of Eric Bischoff, who is waving to the back as guys of La Resistance, The Johnnies, A-Train and Matt Striker get into the structure and attack The Rock before he can cover Christian!
The boos are near defeaning here from the 60,000 strong as The Rock is getting pummeled.
Eric Bischoff is commanding traffic, telling them to finish The Rock off but all of a sudden the titantron switches to a dark screen and a voice is heard

"GUESS WHO'S BAAAACK?"

The crowd isn't sure what to think but then a picture of a very familiar mask appears on the screen, it's Kane's old mask!
The crowd goes wild and then *Slow Chemical* hits as Kane walks out, tightening his glove on his right hand, donned in 2002 era attire, the mask is back on too!

Bischoff looks ready to crap himself as his hired goons all take notice of Kane as the returning Big Red Machine walks to the ring with a purpose.
Kane gets into the cage and stands tall, looking at Bischoff's cronies, before Matt Striker tries to hit a cheap shot from the side, but Kane wipes him out with a big boot! Kane now plows through everyone with right hands and big boots, cleaning house before grabbing both of the Johnnies and drilling them with a DOUBLE CHOKESLAM!
La Resistance try to get Kane but suffer the same fate as the Johnnies did.
A-Train now tries his luck but is caught, goozled and Chokeslammed down too!
Matt Striker is now scooped up and given the TOMBSTONE!
Kane now grabs Eric Bischoff around the throat, staring down at him as Bischoff pleads with the Big Red Machine, and Kane seemigly effortlessly lifts Bischoff onto his shoulders before Powerslamming him to the mat.

Kane gets up but is met by Tyson Tomko with a right hand. Tomko now rebounds off the ropes looking to hit the big boot, but Kane ducks it, and Tomko turns around into a goozle, and then Kane Chokeslams Tomko to the mat!
Kane now stands tall, looking at the carnage he's caused as Christian stares at him, almost petrified to see Kane in the ring.
Christian backs off away from Kane, and THE ROCK NIPS UP!
The crowd goes wild and Christian doesn't notice this, he turns around and Rock nails the ROCK BOTTOM!
