As far as I know, Rob was never the one who said "remove this" and 'that." Actually, he told me he would talk to his techs to give me back my power.
Now, if he lied, then yes, he's a liar. Perhaps they persuaded him, IDK.
It's just too much stress (online stress) to come online, have to try to get around server issues, run the forums a bit restricted, and have to ponder "if I do this change, will I get 'yelled' at?" It's a damn company, and they're going to want things their way...which is all about revenue, bottom line. Amish was bad, but he was just one person. This is a company trying to make money big-time.
BTW, VerticalScope bought the forums off Amish for $55,000.
