I'll still watch the "Zordon Era" of Power Rangers (Mighty Morphin, Zeo, Turbo, In Space) on Netflix. The third season of Mighty Morphin is still my favorite. As I always liked the Ninja and Shogun zords.
Interesting about VR Troopers. Jason David Frank aka Tommy was supposed to leave Power Rangers and go do VR Trooper but he ended up staying and the rest is history.
seen one episode, i believe it was episode 7. Everything about it was excellent except...and this a big except....THE ACTORS. The red ranger is homosexual. Its not that hard to see. The blue ranger is a sissy nerd, and not the kind of nerd like billy, but a sissy nerd. like the type that yells out "OW!" when he gets hurt. and the way they call for "its morphin time" is just.....UGH!!! they sound like a bunch of wimps!! When jason said "ITS MORPHIN TIME!!!!" he said it like a fucking man, in a manly ass voice. You just knew shit was about to go down. These guys, idk something wrong with them, too much status quo 2013 bullshit for me.
20 years already? wow, where did time go. The Pink Ranger was my fav. Amy Jo Johnson was so hot! She is the greatest goat of all time Power Ranger! I like the white rannger too.
It's morphin' time!
And to make everyone feel really old, the Rugrats came out in 1991. That was a fav of min too.
I literally stopped watching when they went into space actually. I watched every episode up till then. I saw Power Rangers for my birthday! Even remember the burger king toys of there new machines.
That one guy was a frog, but it was ok. He was the handsome prince who cam out once kissed by a frog. So he was still cool, I think?
Someone should come out the Mighty Morhpin' theme music. Dolph Ziggler could pull it off: Alberto Del Rio beats Swagger after a long and arduous match to retain the title and then... "Go! Go! Power Rangers!" ...Ziggler cashes in!
WWE must use this nostalgia and give us "Power Rangers" gimmicks. A group of three or four Power Ranger fans, dressed in similar costumes, who wish to emulate them in Pro-Wrestling.
By the way, I grew up watching a lot of (30+) sentai series including Kamen Rider, Metal Hero, and, of course, Ultraman.
I advise you to watch スパイダーマン, Supaidāman (the japanese adaptation of the Marvel spiderhero)
Whoa, 20 years already. Guess I've watched almost all the episodes of Wild Force, Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, SPD and Mystic Force, shit was awesome. It became kinda uninteresting after Operation Overdrive and I totally stopped watching it when Jungle Fury came out.
Im def going to buy the box set I posted in my original link. I don't really remember Zeo and Turbo and I hear great things about in Space so it'll be interesting to see what I missed out on and relive the past. I have the MMPR seasons and am watching them as I type.
Wow, 20 years...it doesn't quite make me feel old but in another 20...wow, that sure will.
