I know, phag.

I neglected cardio for an extended period of time after seriously getting into olympic lifting. Squatted 4 plates, Deadlifted 4 plates, Benched 255 (when I benched regularly), clean and jerked 115KG, snatched 80KG. But BRB, could hardly run for 3 minutes @ a steady pace without wanting to collapse.



*Zero sex-drive crew*
*More interested in power tools than females crew*
*Buys power tools for single use then keeps them in garage unused for decades crew*
*Pretends to be a handyman at home, takes 8 years to insulate a wall crew*
*Doesn't like music, movies, or TV crew*
*After some self reflection, realizes that he really doesn't like anything crew*
