Re: TV Title?
The title has potential, because the roster is big enough for a midcard belt other than the X Title which should be used for cruiserweights mostly. For some reason they've never managed to use the title properly. Giving it to Samoa Joe was a decent idea, but the follow-up sucked. He should have had a few feuds over the TV Title instead of Devon just regaining it and then doing nothing with it.
