A while back, I fucked my shoulder lifting weights whilst on the bench, I think I did my rotator cuff. Gave myself a little rest for a while. Anyway I think when I was drunk on my birthday and I was out I aggravated it somehow. Gonna have to see a physio I suppose.
Long story short: no banging and clanging for BULLY for a while. Don't wanna do any more damage.
