I always thought that WWE needed to have a monster heel introduce in 2000 to oppose The Rock. He could have been called The Paper. And then after he beats The Rock, have another guy debut as a tweener called 'The Scissors'. This would lead to a three way at Wrestlemania when they all collide for the triple countout draw.
