That way, you can start off with say Sheamus & Rollins. Then the next two entries are Ambrose and Reigns, and with the 3 on 1 advantage they are able to eliminate Sheamus. That way Cena & Ryback have to come from behind to win it.

Yeah yeah, I am giving Cena & Ryback more superman stuff, but I would like it if they continued to emphasize The Shield's 3 on 1 advantage that they always use to help them rule whatever situation they are in.
This is a bad idea. I think it would do The Shield some good to actually have them expand on each individual member's movesets and strengths. The 3 on 1 pack mentality ends up making the individuals appear weak because they never do anything solo. Besides, people are getting bored of the beat downs. That is why the TLC match was good because it was an even playing field and The Shield still won.

Also, if they do it the way you suggested, it will almost certainly end with The Shield eliminating Ryback, then Cena overcoming the odds and beating The Shield by himself. If The Shield must lose then let them lose to all three of them. The match will be more unpredictable if all six of the men are in before eliminations start occurring.
