He's probably one of, if not THE best ring worker in the company, he's got tons of charisma, he can talk on the mic and people might bash him for being small or whatever, but his looks is great when you consider it makes him a fantastic sneaky heel, or a great underdog face. So no, he's not overrated at all in my opinion. He's one of the most complete superstars in the company.
