WWE Superstars:

The show started with highlights from Wrestlemaina 28 to hype the sales for WrestleMania 29.

1. WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn beat Aksana. Kaitlynn won with a spear in about 4 minutes. The crowd was surprisingly into it.

2. The Great Khali (w/Hornswoggle) beat Epico (w/Primo). The crowd went nuts for Hornswoggle. The match was pretty one sided with Khali winning after a chokeslam. Primo got mad over the loss and demanded a match with Khali.

3. The Great Khali beat Primo. After a few minutes on the ground following an assault on his knees, Khali rebounded with a big chop to get the win.
Main Event:

The show opened with a numbers promo video for the Royal Rumble, followed by an interview with Ryback. Ryback made a joke about turning Antonio Cesaro into Swiss cheese. After the joke it seemed that Matt Striker was going to pee his pants.

Cesaro started blasting Ryback while en route to the ring, then started in on Americans feeling entitled, which garnered a lot of boos. Ryback's intro cut him off.

1. Ryback defeated Antonio Cesaro via countout. The match was dominated by Ryback, as you would expect. At one point, Cesaro was trying to hide outside the ring when he was tossed back in by the Miz. Cesaro was getting manhandled by Ryback and as he was about to be finished off he ended up outside of the ring. Cesaro walked off ending the match with a Ryback win as a result of a count out.

The Big Show cut a promo bragging about his plans to win at Royal Rumble while using his fist to intimidate Matt Striker, who again looked like he was going to pee his pants.

2. Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow beat The Uso Brothers. Damian Sandow and Cody Rohdes bragged about ridding the WWE of unwashed tag teams once they win the titles. Team Rhodes Scholar's won after a botched top rope finisher followed by a small package from Sandow in 12:32.
SMS:

1. Kofi Kingston and Brodus Clay beat The Prime Time Players. The crowd enjoyed the shuck and jive, as did I in all honesty, as it was my first time seeing it live. The best pop of the match was a flip by Kofi off of Clay's back to the outside following the Prime Time Players calling a time out. Clay scored the win following a "Call My Mama" splash. The match was about ten minutes long. Following the win, Kofi and Clay brought in several kids from the audience for a dance party, which went over well with the crowd.

2. Justin Gabriel over Curt Hawkins. This kicked off with what appeared to be a botched ring jump by Gabriel. The match was quite good overall and ended with an impressive flip off the top role by Gabriel, who won by pinfall in just under ten minutes.
Smackdown:

Smackdown kicked off with a huge applause for JBL, who was introduced for commentary. Apparently Sacramento missed him since the last time he was in town.

The show opened with a highlight reel from Monday's Raw bringing everyone up to speed on the CM Punk and Rock and the Del Rio And Big Show storyline.

Team Hell No came out to the ring and watched completely unamused as the recap from the group hug played out on the Titantron. Kane promised to prove that Team Hell No has not gone soft and will prove it at Royal Rumble. Some friction between the two arose when Kane promised to win the Royal Rumble after beating the Rohdes Scholars. After a back and forth over who was going win, Big Show's music hit.

Big Show whined about his loss to Alberto Del Rio and ordered Kane and Bryant out of the ring. As the tension grew, Team Rhode Scholars came to the ring and reminded the group of their upcoming match. Damien Sandow called for an alliance to dispose of Bryan and Kane. As the microphones hit the mat, Alberto Del Rio came out setting the stage for a six man tag match. Booker T came out and made the match official as the main event for tonight's show.

Booker T came out and made the match official as the main event for tonight's show. The match had a special stipulation added making it an elimination six man tag match.

1. Sheamus beat Wade Barrett in 10:29. Fresh off of the beat the clock loss, I expected the match to open up with a lot of anger, but instead it was a series of lock ups. The match picked up speed halfway through and had some entertaining back and forth action. Sheamus hit a Brogue kick and accorded the pinfall.

WWE aired a video for Raw Roulette on the live Raw from Vegas.

2. Natalya (w/Great Khali, Hornswoggle) beat Rosa Mendes (w/Primo, Epico) in 2:44. Natalya won by submission.

CM Punk came to the ring to address the events of Raw to a surprising amount of crowd support considering the heel angle. Punk's promo revolved around his future potential and his reign as champion. As he began to say that one thing can disrupt his potential the crowd erupted into "Rock" chants.

Heyman read the executive order from the WWE regarding the loss of the championship if The Shield gets involved. Punk called out The Shield and refused to leave until they come out.

All three members came out from the crowd and circled the ring where Punk stood armed with a chair. Punk ordered The Shield to stay out of his way. After a few tense stairs, The Shield left the ring and Punk continued his best in the world rant when The Rock's music hit.

The Rock wiped the floor with Punk on the mic and then left the ring. Punk picked the mic up again and started calling Sacramento trash. The Rock came back out. A fist fight broke out followed by a huge Rock Bottom. Sacramento has apparently gotten over the rock concert from 2003 because the ovation here was amazing.

3. Randy Orton beat Drew McIntyre by DQ in 1:07. McIntyre and Orton had the unfortunate job of following the Rock and Punk confrontation. Sacramento went nuts for the Apex Predator. Orton was attacked by one of the members of 3MB, which resulted in the ref calling for the bell. As a result, Orton hit the RKO and middle rope DDT on all three members.

4. The Miz defeated Darren Young. Antonio Cesaro came to ring waiving an American flag followed by the Prime Time players. Cesaro joined the cometary team. The Miz came out to a pretty big applause. With Cesaro on cometary, I'm assuming there will be some sort of retribution for Main Event. As an homage to Ric Flair, The Miz put the figure four on his Prime Time Player opponent and made him submit while staring down Cesaro.

5. Alberto Del Rio, Kane, and Daniel Bryan beat Big Show, Cody Rhodes, and Damien Sandow in a six-man elimination tag. The main event kicked off with Alberto Del Rio riding high on the babyface wave slapping high fives and generating a lot of cheers. Team Hell No was also a big hit with the fans.

Del Rio and Rhodes started the six man elimination tag match in the ring. Both chain grappled back and forth until Del Rio hit a big body slam. The crowd around me had their attention diverted temporally by the drunk red neck doing a Randy Orton top rope arm stretch on a box seat rail and almost falling over.

The first participant eliminated was Damin Sandow by Kane via pinfall.

Big Show then entered the ring and exchanged blows with Kane ultimately ending up outside of the ring. Big Show threw Kane into the ring post which knocked him to the ground. Kane was unable to get to his feet and was counted out by the ref.

Rhodes and Bryan exchanged blows and had some impressive chain grapples. Big Show was tagged in and had the upper hand on Bryan. Bryan got the upper hand and attempted a jump from the top rope, when he was hit with a Big Show Punch that knocked him out of the ring. Bryan was unable to get to his feet and was eliminated via count out.

Del Rio was left with the task of eliminating Big Show and Cody Rohdes. After being manhandled by Big Show, Del Rio was able to hit a super kick on Show, who was on the apron knocking him to the outside. Big Show was ten eliminated via count out.

Del Rio and Rhodes battles it out until Del Rio hit a kick to Rhodes' head in the corner scoring the win. Del Rio's celebration was short lived, as Big Show retuned to the ring and began an after match assault, which ended with Big Show pushing a table over on Del Rio

Dark Match
After breaking through two tables, Alberto Del Rio pinned The Big Show in a no-disqualification match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

Re: 1/24 Main Event + SMS + 1/26 Smackdown Spoilers

I really don't understand why they still have Superstars, its beyond pointless. Hell SMS has beat them in every aspect (every Main Eventer or Upper Mid Carder except Big Show & CM Punk has wrestled on the kids show; although they have shown up in other capacity) when it comes to star power. Superstars really needs to be terminated

Well I never watch it, but if the channel wants to air it and it makes the WWE even a bit of money, there's no reason to cancel it.

http://www.wwe.com/inside/brad-maddox-attacked-at-smackdown-taping-26086309

WWE.com sources have learned that Brad Maddox and his personal cameraman, Carson, apparently have been victims of an attack during the SmackDown television tapings and have been transported to a nearby medical facility. Further details are very limited at this time.

Attempts to find eye witnesses to the attack or to make direct contact with Maddox or Carson have proven unsuccessful. Check back with WWE.com for updates on this story as they become available.

All of the people who beat Maddox in his contract challenge matches, Orton, Ryback, Khali, Brodus Clay, Sheamus were later attacked by The Shield...

Cena was attacked by The Shield after Maddox asked Heyman for help getting a job.

The Rock was now attacked by The Shield after Maddox asked Heyman for help getting a job.

I'm not saying Maddox is the leader of The Shield...but I mean it is a strange coincidence is it not?

Well, isn't it kind of a "no shit" thing at this point? Not casting shade on your theory, which I like, but it seems kind of obvious to me that this is where they're going. Is it any coincidence that Maddox has his own cameraman, and The Shield uses a similar-style hand cam for their promos?

SmackDown is still not over? Lol, how many hours they think people are going to sit there. That's like 4-5 hours with only about 30 minutes that is not random selection of filler matches. Not talking about this specific week obviously as they got The Rock. But they need to change the 4 shows taping if they want some genuine crowd reactions.
