It's Damien Sandow or Wade Barret. He claims Wade Barret is good but will never be World Champion becuase Vince McMahon hates british people. If you head over to the Smackdown section and go to like the 4th page of the thread, "Sandow Da God" you can see him freaking out about Sandow being in a tag-team.
