For example, say one game you had Gregory Helms then the next you had Hurricane, if it were possible to turn Gregory Helms into Hurricane on the first game then it renders the next useless.
Obviously Helms isn't the best example because he was a midcarder but the same could be applied for say, Bryan's beard or Punk's hair.
It would be stupid from the developers point of view to include that.
Also, I fucking hate online and would much prefer it to be more directed towards career mode.
There would be no point...if the only reason you buy each game is cause of "roster update". But games get updated all the time, especially with game modes, so there's more than just 1 reason to get next years game. And with a "WWE Today" feature, it'd be even more reason to get games each year, cause the WWE Today feature in a game like WWE15,won't be updated once WWE16 comes out. So commentary will start getting stale on WWE15.
And I'm sure 2K can manage to find some cool extra modes to add into the game. Maybe we'll finally be able to get connecting arenas(so we can go directly backstage from ringside area and all that).
And don't get the problem with being able to edit facial hair and accessories and stuff. In sports games, you can add/remove wristbands, kneebraces, shoes and all that. So WWE games will likely follow similar format.
