I didn't vote, but I'm gonna' say 'well'. There's been decent changes in Liverpool, as a squad and with their managers, even in the board and business side of things, consistently for years now.

The most 'steady' spell in terms of these things recently was back when Benitez was manager, I don't mean that the other managers couldn't have done well had they been given a longer time at the club. However, with Brendan Rodgers it looks very likely he will get that, even a full season and a bit of the next one is good in the context of the last 3 or 4 years.

He's shaping his squad, there's a personal element to his business in transfers and his team selections, he had targets, and obviously had ambitions in terms of these things for the future when he was at Swansea.

There'll be a consistent amount of incoming and outgoing's in the next year or so, as I say that's something that's happened a lot at Liverpool in the last 3 or 4 years, but Rodgers is going to be able to try and build further on his own style, as opposed to changing things, and starting on someone else's year after year.

I think he'll do better in coming seasons if he gets them, which he should, but I think a lot of people have been Liverpool to be more mid-table for years now, there was even that kind of feeling while Rafa Benitez was manager too, that, the way things were at the club, and the manager stuff, contributed that to eventually happening, now they need time, and have to be given it, but the expectation is still there to a degree, from the Liverpool fans, and it absolutely should be, no matter what happens to a club like Liverpool, no matter what 'level' they're at, there'll always be an expectation to punch above their weight.

Rodgers is good for the club, he's done well.
