I have to say as much as my inner Attitude Era mark wants to see Rock vs Taker at Mania, in 2013 it has the potential to be frightfully bad. Rock is a lot leaner this year though so he may be able to move a little faster in the ring to make up for Takers slowness.

If it were 2012 Rock vs 2013 Taker, it would be extremely slow.
