In the NFL, everyone is there because they pretty much dominated
the college level. Every single player was good enough to compete with the superior athletes that play in the league. Not to mention that "college all stars" don't always translate into the professional ranks and you'd wind up with a Tim Tebow or Ken Dorsey here and there and everyone on Alabama SURELY isn't going to go pro. Even then, the top college guys bust all the time. Even the NFL busts were amazing in college and would likely walk all over them.
