I don't like the idea of the champion missing 1 month of shows due to being unable to leave the country because he is a former convicted felon. Wouldn't matter if it was Aries, hell, it wouldn't matter if it was Austin, prime Hogan, or The Rock; it's extremely unprofessional for a company's champion not to be at 4 different shows. Either they worked out the issues with Hardy's ability, or TNA has some terrible management. I honestly think I'll quit watching, and make WWE my brand if they do this, because its ridiculous.
