I'm a big fan of the running gag at the start of an episode where she mispronounces 'bagel'. They all rip the piss out of her and then Chang finds out and says something like 'you disgust me' in the most deadpan delivery

Can't forget her heartbroken reaction when one of them lets slip about 'pulling a Britta'. Almost as good as Annie's heartbreaking delivery of 'news?' in Season 1 when Jeff leaves the Halloween Party and she has flashbacks to being a social outcast in High School.
" I was so unpopular in high school, the crossing guards used to lure me into traffic"
Edit: @ InYourFace if it did win an award it absolutely deserved to. Just the way he incorporates a cliche quote from a war film into a paintball war gets me everytime.
