Reading i$e's bulking guide has gotten me to sway toward bulking. Kind of nervous about intentionally gaining weight in any form just because of my past with weight issues, but I think I can do it. Just been getting cocky with my eating habits and don't have much self control these days.
But thankfully I have actually been getting busy in the gym so I think I'm good.
Downloaded an app to track my calories. Gonna try to start eating better, not just for bulking, but as a whole. I was thinking of going to GNC to maybe search for protein powders or vitamin packs that would maybe help with this process. Any recommendations or should I stray from these?
