Tbh they have nearly did it themself already. The way he turned sucked, they had him run over santa after turning and rushed the title onto to him. Yet it has still worked lol. Del Rio is a natural face. He sucks as a heel but as a face he is great.

The top two points you made are the main ones for me. I think WWE would be better off having his only friend by ricardo tbh and have him be a bit of a selfish jerk to everyone but ricardo who is he is best friend. Del Rio has shown personality these last few weeks something he never showed as a heel in his friendship with ricardo.
