Re: TNA Wrestling Announces Major Changes To 2013 Pay-Per-View Strategy
The concept PPVs aren't a business risk at all, they will be relatively cheap to produce and the well reviewed shows will sell well as DVDs in the future even if the initial PPV numbers are awful. (which they will be) The transition however is dramatic, why TNA would switch to just 4 storyline driven PPVs in one swoop is beyond me, this could potentially cripple the Impact Wrestling weekly show if the viewers don't buy into the writing and only tune in around the PPVs to see if it's worth investing their time and money into.
