Why does the Rock get cheered?

1.He is the Rock
2.Nostalgia
3.He appears once in a while

Undertaker and HHH will also get the same reaction(almost same level even if Rock is a bigger star)if they appear rarely.Their longevity will surely help

Austin made too many irrelevant appearances thus I am not sure if people will react in such a huge way.Though it has been a long time since he has been on television,so he may get a similar reaction.

The one person who will get a bigger reaction than anybody else is Hogan.
Hogan=Nostalgia+Respect+Years of entertainment.
