Best Picture

Django would be a nice upset, but more than likely either Lincoln or Zero will take this.

Best Director

Speilberg seems to have this won with Bigelow being snubbed. Russell might get an upset though, since Playbook has gotten so many rave reviews.

Best Actor

Hackman or Phoenix could get an upset, but my money is still on Day-Lewis, who deserves this win by miles.

Best Actress

It's down to Chastain or Lawrence. Love them both, but Chastain will more than likely take it.

Best Supporting Actor

It's cool to be DeNiro get another nod, his first in 21 years. However, either Hoffman or Jones will take it home. Seeing Jones win a 2nd time would be awesome, he's my fave to win this one.

Best Supporting Actress

Field is probably the best one in this bunch, but since she's got two wins already, they will probably give it to Adams or Weaver in an upset.

Best Writing – Original Screenplay

I want Django to win this one, another kickass script from the Q.

Best Writing – Adapted Screenplay

As adaptations go, Playbook did it best.




I don't care about the rest. So glad The Sessions got snubbed, figured they would hand Best Actor to Hawkes, what an overrated piece of shit film. This is a really good year for the Oscars.
