Why are you ignoring the fact that Rising has admitted to being scum?
And why would you vote TKOK for using a BG on me when you watched me? He explained how he ended up silencing himself. It sounds stupid but believable enough for now. The fact that he caught scum is enough to make me believe he's town at this point.
