Yeah she's not showing up for me for whatever reason. I've killed Quelaag but she's not showing up. I wanted to do that last time but I was afraid of spending too much time in Blighttown to bother with it. 
I'm also doing Zeig's storyline this playthrough. Just found him down in Blighttown. I'm pretty sure Duke's Archives is the next spot for that story to progress.
