Im hesitant to play it as it's supposed to be a pain in the ass with invinceble enemies.
Dead Money is hard as hell and if you tried to "munchkin" (pump up "important" stats and special and just use items or partners to make up for your weaknesses) it is absolutely merciless (making you take difficult paths with basically no supplies)
The enemies aren't invincible (except for the security which is easy to avoid) but they are hard to bring down and your weapons and supplies are shit which makes fights very hard, its better to find ways around.
I loved it for its story and atmosphere (my second favorite NV dlc after Honest Hearts) but you better have good science, lock picking, or some other type of "access" skill because otherwise you will have constant draining health with masses of difficult enemies chasing you around. It was really made for role playing (you have to be the "thief" or the "computer guy" or the "bruiser") because an allarounder will get slaughtered
Everything runs right on time, years of practice and design
Spit and polish till it shines.
Everything is so benign, safest place you'll ever find
God forbid you change your mind.
