I like this card a lot. I'd make a few tweaks though:

HHH vs Punk for WWE title
Rock vs Orton
Bryan vs Jericho
Ryback vs Ziggler for WHC
Sheamus vs Brock
Sin Cara vs Rey
Multi-man tag match with everybody else...
