Wouldn't that have more to do with WWE's downturn in booking/writing, TNA's complete stupidity and the general lessening of the business more then the guys they bring up? Remember it's not like they gave Punk, Danielson, et al. the ball as soon as they came in and it's not like they still don't undercut them from time to time.
