Re: TNA 2013: A Revolution
This show is still a long way off being posted (probably looking at something in the new year) but I wanted to keep myself motivated so I threw this together.
Preview For January 24th TNA Impact

Preview: Since June of last year, Aces & 8s have been running around, causing chaos and mayhem throughout the company. It seems, however, like Sting has had enough. Going against the advice of many people within the company, Sting will put his position as General Manager on the line against the Leader of the Aces & 8s who will be putting his mask on the line. Sting's rage drove him to push through the match, simply to get his hands on the leader of the group while many members of the TNA roster believe his decision was completely irrational. Regardless of what anyone thinks, Sting and The Leader Of Aces & 8s will come face to face in a match that will have a big impact (no pun intended) on TNA, whoever walks out the victory. Will Sting finally get a measure of revenge on Aces & 8s and reveal the man behind the group? Or will the face of the company be changed forever as the inmates take over the asylum?
"Pick Your Poison" Week #1: James Storm Vs Jeff Hardy's Chosen Opponent
Preview: Last week, the interim TNA General Manager announced that Jeff Hardy would defend his TNA World Heavyweight Championship at Genesis against both the number one contender, Austin Aries, and the man who was twice screwed out of the World Title, James Storm. To make things all the more interesting, he also announced that all three men would partake in a set of "Pick Your Poison" matches which will see each superstar face off with an opponent chosen for them by one of their two respective opponents. The first match will be contest as James Storm goes up against an opponent who will be selected for him by none other than the TNA World Heavyweight Champion himself, Jeff Hardy. Who's going to be Jeff Hardy's choice for James Storm's opponent? More importantly, will James Storm be able to overcome them?
Samoa Joe Vs Dave Batista: The Contract Signing
Preview: Since the first moment Dave Batista stepped into a TNA ring back on January 3rd, he and Samoa Joe have had an issue with each other and it will all come to a head when the two men go one on one in Dave Batista's first TNA match at Genesis. On this week's Impact, the two men will come face to face as they officially sign the contract for the match. With these two combustible elements together in the ring at once, one can only assume that it's simply a matter of when, not if, they come to blows. This is sure to make for some interesting viewing!
TNA Television Championship: Joey Ryan (c) Vs John Hennigan
Preview: John Hennigan's debut in TNA saw him pick up a pinfall victory over Joey Ryan in an eight man tag team match. His subsequent victory over Ryan & X-Division Champion, Zema Ion, has earned him a shot at the TNA Television Championship. Joey Ryan has yet to prove himself to be a deserving Television Champion, having literally stolen the title from Samoa Joe having not really earned the shot in the first place. You can be sure that he'll do whatever it takes to keep that belt in his possession but Hennigan will surely be tough competition for him. Can Hennigan overcome Joey Ryan and walk out the new Television Champion? Or will Joey Ryan be able to buck the system and sneak out with his championship belt in tow?
TNA Knockouts Championship: Miss Tessmacher (c) Vs Tara
Preview: While her boyfriend holds Television Championship gold, Tara will always be looking to get things back onto an even keel by getting her hands on the Knockouts Championship as she comes to blows with Miss Tessmacher. With the debuts of Beth Scarlet and Natalie Neidhart and the return of Ayako Hamada, the Knockouts Division just got a whole hell of a lot more competitive! With a target now placed upon her back, Miss Tessmacher will be looking to dispatch Tara as a challenger, once and for all, before moving forward to her next challenger. Tara, however, will be looking to add even more gold to the power couple of TNA. Who will walk out as Knockouts Champion?
WTTCOTW Vs Kurt Angle & AJ Styles: The match stipulation will be named!
Preview: Having earned themselves a shot at the TNA Tag Team Championships when Kurt Angle defeated Christopher Daniels in a one on one contest last Thursday Night on Impact, both these teams will find out what stipulation will be attached to the contest for this last clash of teams. It has been guaranteed that, regardless of who walks out with the belts, these teams will not face off again following Genesis. What match stipulation will this huge tag team collision be contested under?
~In news coming out of Orlando, it sounds like TNA's recent intake of new signings isn't over as the company looks to improve it's Tag Team and X-Division roster. Strong talk has surrounded bringing The Briscoes into the company but they are currently under ROH contract. Other tag teams being linked with moves to TNA include Apollo55, Golden Lovers, Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander, Paul London & Brian Kendrick, current ROH Tag Team Champions Jimmy Jacobs & Steve Corino and there's even talk of a possible return for Generation Me/The Young Bucks. Apollo55 and Golden Lovers are strongly being considered due to their ability to slot into the X-Division as singles respectively. TNA have been interested in signing Prince Devitt for several years and Kenny Omega has gotten rave reviews since showing up in All-Japan. Could we see those teams in TNA in the near future? On the X-Division front, El Generico is being strongly linked to both TNA and WWE but his ties to ROH make him unavailable for at least a few months. Other wrestlers being linked with being signed to add depth to TNA's X-Division include the likes of Adam Cole, TJ Perkins, Sami Callihan, Jack Evans, Zack Sabre, JR and the much hyped Japanese sensation Akira Tozawa. Whether or not any of these rumours are true or not remains to be seen but these talents have definitely been scouted by TNA Agents and could be appearing on Impact in the not too distant future.
~News regarding the debuts of other new TNA signings, Carlos "Carlito" Colon and Dave Finlay suggests that it won't be too long until both men hit TNA Television. Finlay has had advertisements hyping his debut on every single Impact show since TNA returned to TV and is expected to hit our screens before Genesis. The likelihood is that Finlay will be on the Genesis card although where he'll end up and who he'll end up facing is yet to be finalised. Carlito is not expected to show up in TNA until sometime after Genesis. Following the mass intake of new talent as of late, TNA officials feel like staggering debuts will make each persons first appearance mean more when they ultimately do occur.
~In the last piece of news coming out of Orlando, TNA are very happy with the way the Samoa Joe/Dave Batista feud has been playing out on television. The talk within the company is that the match between the two could end up closing Genesis and it further pushes Batista away from the World Title picture. TNA officials feel Batista can draw against top guys without needing to hold or chase championship gold because his star power is more than enough to keep him elevated. While a rematch between the two is the most likely outcome following this contest, the question has been thrown up as to who else could feud with Batista before his inevitable run at the World Title. Names thrown about include Bobby Roode, Bully Ray, Kurt Angle & Jeff Hardy or James Storm (dependant upon who walks out of Genesis with the World Title).
