This isn't the first time TNA's rented an arena that's huge compared to what they're used to going to. As I'm sure many people remember, Slammiversary '09 was at the Palace of Auburn Hills. I attended that show, and it was pretty fun. The arena did seem empty though, but they didn't taper it off and set it up like they seemed to have for Lockdown next year. Like the Palace, they likely got a good deal on the Alamodome. Hopefully tickets sell, so it'll look great on TV with a fun crowd like Slammiversary this year.
