I think the product still needs work, but they're on their way to a boom period. I see the difference between now and 2 years ago. The show has become more well rounded and they're starting to depend less on Cena by attempting to establish their midcard titles and superstars.
Also the content itself has gotten better, SLIGHTLY edgier, but they seem to be adding more effort and layers into their stories which is always a good thing.
I'm excited to see what happens after TLC or the Royal Rumble 'cause that's when things will really start to pick up
