Two more guys bordering into forgotten legend territory and two wonderful examples of character overcoming in-ring weaknesses to deliver compelling matches/television. In fairness the work rate wasn't nearly as intense back then. Raschke brought a methodical toughness and Kabuki could always be counted on for an occasional bloodbath.

I also nominate Gary Hart. One of my favs and I always forget to put him into my favorite manager lists.
