Yeah, It depends on the wrestler, where he works, how frequently he works, and how 'out there' he is. Guys who do a lot of international tours, or guys who have spend time in WWE or TNA, will make more than a random indy guy who wrestles on the weekends. So guys like Sami Callihan, El Generico, Colt Cabana, or Ricochet will make more than guys like John Silver, tHURTeen, or Latin Dragon
