I'd be completely fine with this. It is a bit hard to buy into the match from the believability aspect of it with the way Punk has been booked as a heel and also given the story arc of the streak. I don't know how they could engage us into believing that Punk could end the streak after the stuff the they worked in the cell match at WM 28. On the other hand, it would definitely be a great match and the heel/face dynamic like others have said, could also help add to the match.
