Having Ryback face Big Show at WM seems like the obvious choice, but I fail to see how performing his finisher on Big Show would be a "Wrestlemania moment". There's nothing special and unique about that, but the match itself would probably do good things for Ryback (even though I don't think it will be a great match by any means).

The bolded part has already happened, seeing how he lifted Tensai that way the last time. If he needs that on Tensai he needs it on Big Show, but he shouldn't have any problems lifting Big Show that way since a big bunch of guys can lift Big Show that way, including Punk.
